If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. I took my son there last night to meet my good friend and his son to play some games and have fun. I payed 20 dollars at the window when we walked in to a very nice lady. Half of the games were not working but it was not a big deal since there were a few others to play. My friend knocked on the back door and walked into the room at the front of the place where the girl was sitting who was collecting the money as folks walked in and asked her to help him fix a game. She was very nice and helped him out. They have several really dark rooms with console games set up. One in particular had a big screen with Guitar and Drum hero set up. My son and I went to play and couldnt get the game started. I then went and knocked on the same door my buddy had entered earlier and cracked it open to ask for assistance. There was a guy in there this time and he barged out the door and got in my face telling me that I should never open that door. I had no idea since there was no sign or anything. I want to stress that I knocked and simply cracked it open. I said "man I didnt know my bad." He then came into the guitar hero room and I sat down at the drums. He refused to let it go and went off on a tirade about how I had no common sense and how I should never open a door. It was totally out of line. I then stood up and asked him what his problem was and to drop it and just fix our game so we could play. He proceeded to get in my face as if wanting to fight. All the while my son is witnessing this insane over reaction by this guy. He then asked me to leave his place when all I was trying to do was get him to stop badgering me about opening a door to ask for help. I asked him to give me my money back and I will leave but he refused to do so. We were only there 30 minutes. As I demanded my money back he continued to try and belittle me in front of my son. I wanted to call the police to report the guy and get my money back just out of principle but my son was uncomfortable with the conflict so I just left the place extremely annoyed and frustrated. Please do yourself a favor a NEVER visit this place. There are so many top notch arcades around Houston. Go to the Game Preserve in Spring, Joystix on a Friday night, Dave and Busters or anywhere else but Game Guys.

Where do i start?..... I took my ps4 up there to see if it was even ABLE to get fixed. I told the girl at the counter what needed to be done she was nice but guess misunderstood the part of please call me and let me know whats wrong and how much. No response. So i called back the same day cause my girl had gotten her purse stolen and had now no money to pay to get it fixed. I called them back the same day explaining that im not gonna have the money to get it fixed. She said ok it will be here. The next day i get a phone call stating that my ps4 was fixed. I was in shock cause i said not to touch but yet they did anyways. Not only did they do what i asked them not to they didnt even fix it all,and now im stuck with no way tp get my unit back. This place has horrible customer service and poor communication skills. I will never take anything of mine again there and or refer anyone to these people. Now im being told that it may even cost me more money to get the other part fixed well i did (specify) both issues and as far as the time frame i didnt have a problem waiting. As far as the call back and telling you about this so called other issue, its been the same issues scence i dropped it off. The issue is now due to the confusion and lack of understanding on yalls part i am now stuck without a unit that i cant pay to get back after i specifically said dont do anything to it. Now it just seems like you are trying to turn this issue on me and not your lack of A. Understanding and B. Communication not just with the customer but within your business as well.

"We live 5 minutes away so it really sucks that this one lady that refused to honor my contract with this business turned me off to the whole place." First of all I have a background in electronics and their tech was great. He definitely knew what he was doing. And the young guy at the register was awesome telling me what all they do there. But that one lady was no good. Brought a PS4 for repair already disassembled with the power supply out. They gave me an invoice for only $135.31 because they didnt have the correct power supply and had to force a different model inside. They fixed it in 10 minutes. Which was Great! Then I go to pay and some lady who had just walked in said "o sorry we charge a $25 dollar rush fee." I never implied I was in a rush and they didnt tell me when I gave it to them. They even gave me the invoice before work even started. She 100% REFUSED to honor the original invoice. So I was forced to pay $162.38 for a power supply that doesnt even match the PS4 and could have installed myself for $70. Or I could have bought one at the pawn shop for $175. The only reason I brought it here was because of convenience. We live 5 minutes away so it really sucks that this one lady that refused to honor my contract with this business turned me off to the whole place.

Went on a Groupon that said "two floors of amazing gaming!" The woman at the front took our voucher without letting us see the facility, if she let us see it before, we would not have redeemed it. The facility is clean, but all the arcade games are at least ten years old. The DDR machine is pristine, but its the only arcade game that looks new. There were XBOX consoles to play, but if I wanted to play a console, I couldve stayed home. Upstairs is a LAN party, which is totally cool if youre into that, but Im not. I can honestly say I was incredibly disappointed, I had high hopes but was let down by a run down metal building full of old games. Im sure this business has other redeeming qualities, but the arcade just wasnt it. P.S. The restroom smelled horribly of urine and the facility had only just opened.

A good 60-70 percent of the cabinets either dont work, are not calibrated, or wont even power on. The consoles work fine, so if you want to chill and play a console in public instead of at home, go for it. My wife and I attended looking forward to enjoying games together. I called ahead to ensure there were two player cabinets and it was confirmed there were. Theres a 15 dollar cover fee which is nice if everything worked. However, we soon found out barely anything actually worked. Things were hardly working. We request a refund, get told we have to drive an hour back tomorrow, only to find out the manager is five minutes away. This place is unprofessional, run down(a literal ceiling tile fell out,) and not worth the money. Anything that actually works can be done in your own home. Totally not worth it.
