Called these guys for 30min, no answer. When i got there employee was on phone giggling and whatnot. Other employee could not answer my question about warrenty on my dsi. Bought turtle beach headset... i have to return today for a crappy visit. Employee that was on phone had bad attitude. Wish me luck.

The checkout system is grossly out of date and it takes forever to get anything done. It also seems like they are always training a new person when I get to the counter. They are friendly most of the time and usually a good source of gaming information.
