One day I came in with my family and I went to go get drinks with my brother, while looking for our parents (I was the one holding the drinks) I noticed I was being followed by a manager. I felt like I was being harassed. He was following me and kept telling me to purchase the drinks. He thought I was going to run out the door with them? Yes I was in the cosmetics/pharmacy but not trying to run out the door. I had absolutely NO intention of stealing, just simply trying to find my family so I can put the drinks in the basket. My fiance worked here and he told me this man HATES women (hes gay). I kept telling him I was just trying to find my family. I did absolutely nothing wrong and I dont deserve to be treated like a criminal just cause Im a lady. I try my best to avoid this HEB thats ran by women hating men.

Its absolutely asinine that I called the pharmacy this evening to see if they could fill a prescription because our normal pharmacy couldnt fill it. They told me they could only tell me if they could fill it if we walked into the store and showed them the prescription. I have NEVER had a pharmacy do this before. Part of the reason we called is to eliminate wastefull trips into pharmacies that cant fill a prescription. This wouldnt qualify as premier customer service.

The staff doesnt care if you have any concerns or need help finding anything. The few times Ive been here I couldnt find anyone to help me locate certain isles, and the few staff members I did see were too busy goofing off and socializing to help me. And if you park anywhere close to the store your car will most likely be keyed or scratched. I would not recommend this store to anyone in the Tomball area. I do however recommend Kroger.

They gave us someone elses prescription -- same drug, different strength. With that, they gave us his paperwork, with his name, address, phone number, doctor, etc. They are always very slow and for the most part dont seem to care.

Pharmacist was extremely helpful and informative, staff was friendly and never have to wait for very long. This heb falls among the best in customer service and i would recommend them to anyone!

Customer service did not open at 8 am like they supposed too and when they did the registers had no money for my transaction. To think I got up early to get buisness done.

It feels a bit clicky but they are nice and are getting nicer as time passes ....I like the wine tasting and free foods on Sunday its awesome..
