Horrible experience. Went in tonight and the girl behind the counter was rude. Then one of my items was a small throw pillow, it didnt have a tag. I asked for a price check the manager didnt say a word, didnt scan the barcode, just picked a random pillow and stated that was the price. I explained that the pillows we not evenmade by the same company, how could you just pick any pillow and say oh thats the price? She said thats the price. Unbelievable. I left and bought nothing. Their customer service is awful and I will never return. They acted like it was an inconvenience to help customers. I will be writing the corporate office.

Ive been to all the Marshalls home stores and this store is close runner up to the Woodlands store in variety and decor items.River Oaks store is ranked 3rd overall. None of the store have much of the same items unless it seasonal so its worth going to check them all out. Prices generally run 9.99 ,12.99,14.99,19.99 or 29.99 for most decor items .The prices are amazing considering you can buy Crystal soap dispenser for 9.99 or go to Walmart and pay 12.95 for some basic plastic junk. Trust me dont fill your home with Walmart trash when you can buy top line items here for less!

I have been in this Home Goods frequently as I live nearby and like to shop at Home Goods stores. That being said, I have never seen people move so slowly at the registers. They NEVER work like they have any interest in providing service in a speedy manner. EVER. Idk why it is so hard to move quickly at the register but they take their sweet sweet time. I do NOT recommend shopping at this one. I wont keep making that mistake

Horrible customer service. No one helps cashier checkout customers while a long line is formed. To top it off, the lady who eventually checked me out broke the one item that I was going to buy, with no duplicates. Then she tells me to buy it and super glue it together. Ha!
