I have been a faithful shopper with HomeGoods, TJMax, and Marshalls. I am TJX Rewards card member and have shopped these stores for years. I came into this location of Home Goods to exchange an item on Sunday, December 18. I did not have the receipt. I have spent over $300 in this store alone since its opening of little over a month or 2. I never imagined I would not be treated like a valued customer. During the transaction, the store associate neglected to return my drivers license. I was unaware until I got home. I immediately contacted the location. One of the employees asked would I be able to pick it up, I told her that returning to the store was an inconvenience, so she ensured me it would be sent to me on Monday morning, the very next day. I thanked her. On Wednesday afternoon when my license hadnt arrived I contacted the location to inquire about it. I spoke to Joseph, the manager and he informed me it had been sent out on Monday. I thanked him. On Friday afternoon I contacted the location again (6 times and was placed on hold over 5 minutes each time - which is another example of not being treated like a valued customer) to inform them my drivers license still did not arrive. Joseph apologized, informed me it was nothing he could do, and proceeded to insinuate that it was primarily my fault for not retrieving my drivers license from the store associate. He said it should be a "common practice" of mine not to leave my drivers license with anyone. I thanked him and ended the call. Normally, I would not be concerned, but it is the holidays and I had to leave for vacation with my family without drivers license. This situation prevents me from engaging in any activities that would require me to provide my drivers license. It is unimaginable. I will miss out on all outings, shopping, etc., because the establishments we have reservations for requires identification to enter, as well as use debit and credit cards. This is a major inconvenience and I pretty much have invested time and money in a wasted trip. I live about 15 miles (25 -30 minute drive) from the store, so I am not sure why it would take more than 5 days for mail to arrive, even in spite of holiday season. For Joseph, a manager, to have a lack of concern and make it seem as though it was my fault for "leaving" my drivers license opposed to the employee forgetting to give them back is simply unnecessary. I have been a customer service manager for years and would never treat my customers this way and with such poor customer service. Again, I have been a customer and supporter of this brand for many years and this type of treatment is totally unacceptable. I am sure this is not the type of image that should be displayed to a faithful shopper.

Just left the new location at 101st and Memorial in Tulsa. One cashier with about 15 people In line. We finally just put our stuff back on the shelves and left. Saw a few other people do the same. Not a good experience for a brand new store.

Tulsa HomeGoods seems to get the "leftovers" compared to other stores outside of Oklahoma.
