I called this store asking to speak with a manager about a personal/private matter. I was told that I "unless you tell me what you are calling about, I am going to hang up on you." I insisted that it was important for me to speak to a manager and the they hung up on me. I called back twice after that and the same thing happened. Very unprofessional. I worked for this company for 8 years, working the phones/customer service desk often and I would never speak to anyone this way. I always brag about what a great company TJX Corp is, but my first impression of this store is terrible. After I hung up, I called the 800 # to file a complaint. I just received a phone call from someone in HR at another location and she sounded annoyed with me like this was my fault. Im then asked multiple questions such as "what store?" I gave the address and they want the store identification number which I dont know. I would think since they are HR and since I filed my complaint with the address and tel # that they would know what store. I was then asked "Why dont you just go to the store?" I explain that I am on the other side of the U.S. She then says, "Oh, well try calling again." Really? That is the best that they can do? It doesnt resolve the issue. Highly disappointed in the entire corporation at this point.

One of the best HomeGoods Ive been to! Always a clean store and they seem to take pride in keeping the decor in front and everywhere through store. I love that its connected to TJ Maxx, in case you want to switch to clothes. But they have great decorations here and its always a pleasure just to walk around. Only drawback is the usual wait for checkout but thats only because its such a popular store.

I love this location they have very good merchandise at this location that any other one I have been to. I always find something here and most important is that I shop here so regularly that the manager know me by name. That is how much I love shopping at this location best one in the Houston area.

Horrible customer service at this location... Lady at the cashier said she would help me but then a person with a return skipped the line she assisted them instead, took quite awhile as I had already been waiting it was very busy. Thoughtless if you ask me.

As a parent, I am disappointed this store does not have a changing station available for my baby. I will not be coming back. And there were no shopping carts available. I had to wait for one to push my baby in or else I would have used a hand held basket.

I really like this place. It has many home goods (pun intended) that fit my style at reasonable prices. But the bathrooms, goodness! If I really need to, I rather walk to Target and come back, even at the risk of someone taking my selections.

Not enough cashiers at peak of afternoon. You should have cashiers always on each register from at least 4 to 7 everyday. The store is always busy and lines wrapped around for a while is ridiculous when our time is valuable as well.

So much to look through, well kept store, one side is TJMaxx, other side is At Home. Well stocked on clothing, home decor, etc. Always have at leat 4 register open at any given time, moves line pretty quickly! !

Good place. TJ Maxx and Home Goods are together and checkout lines are combined. While the collections and rest of the stuff isngood here, its always a huge wait at checkout lines.
