This place has the worst customer service of any store even Walmart! We returned a faulty mirror and picked up $200. worth of merchandise and a new mirror. Two ladies who said they were managers, Christian and Beth, refused to give us new wire ($2. item) to replace the one we used on the faulty mirror. We left the $200. of merchandise because we were so mad and asked for the district managers number only to be told to go on line! If I valued my job and couldnt do anything about giving a customer $2. in wire that they were out of I wouldve paid for the wire out of my pocket to please my customer! None of the employees there seem to care about the customers or offer any help. I asked for help out when I bought the mirror and no one came! This last incident was strike three for this store! If anyone knows how to get hold of the district manager please let me know!

I shop in this store all the time and always recommend it to all my clients and friends, but absolutely will not anymore as u can go to another place for most all of there warehouse items , I purchased outdoor solar lights and 3 out of the 4 never worked I put them in my yard the day I purchased them the very next day we had bad storms and that night I noticed thy never came on so I waited 2 days till we had good sunny day and still didnt work ...so I went in to exchange them or get money back and the lady was very rude and said she would not exchange them..because there was dirt on inside of globe , well no kidding maybe thats why thy never worked because thy had leaks besides being a outdoor decor/lighting thy r going to have dirt on them there tags and the post on the lights were still in mint condition, horrible customer service

This place is ridiculous. They have "sale" signs posted everywhere. Out of four rows, of the posted item, there are literally two items with a RED LINE through the price. This is their "sale". Wasted 3 hours picking out what appeared to be items on sale, only to find out that only "certain patterns" were on sale. Bait and switch at its finest. Beware. I will never return.

Love At Home. Smells amazing, and has such a great selection of home decor. Found items for my wedding that I have otherwise only been able to find online. I hate that you cant purchase items online though. They only had a limited quantity of a certain item I needed, wouldve loved to been able to order the rest instead of waiting on another shipment.

I love this place. Great stuff for your house and very reasonable prices. A lot of great knickknacks and many things for the at-home hobbyists to get that you can I get anywhere else. The staff there is very helpful friendly and knowledgeable on your at home projects
