I purchased a lamp from a HG Woodbury, MN store. When I got the lamp home, I decided that I wanted another of the same lamp. The Woodbury store only had one , so I went to the Rosedale store to find the lamp. They did not have the lamp either. When I asked the store cashier if she could check with another location, I was surprised to learn that the stores are not connected electronically. However, the cashier graciously called another store for me. When she was told that they did not have it, the store manager told her that she could not call another store to check for me. I decided to call the Woodbury store to make a final check for the lamp. The store employees were very rude. I found this to be very upsettling as I was willing to purchase another lamp if I could have found someone that would be helpful. I will be returning the lamp that I purchased and looking else were for a lamp.

The staff is nice, but the place is crowded. Going around with a cart can be somewhat difficult because the isles are too close together and packed with awesome finds. There are great deals, and a lot of things for those who are just moving to college. Youll find a lot of trendy and cute stuff for your dorm room, apartments, house, office, etc.

The cashier was a total snot! She made snide remarks about how I bought all glass items so she had to inconvenience herself to wrap everything up or Id get home with a pile of glass! She had a really condescending, bitchy attitude and was rude . Such a snot.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. Customer service is terrible! The girls that work here (including management) are straight up b-words. Yikes! Dont ever try to return anything here... Youll get death glares and sassy comments. Wont ever go back.

The only reason why I put POOR-FAIR on this is because the address sent me to a cul-de-sac in the middle of a residential area. There was no HomeGoods whatsoever in the vecinity of that address. Was so disappointed.

Fun items, good prices. Just hard to get around in store. Cramped isles, both narrow and full of random sale items. But overall, good place.
