Ive always gone here when I want a new game and the people here are always friendly. The only issue Ive had was today. I bought a game (used), but I wasnt able to play it immediately. When I could, I wasnt able to get to the second level because it kept freezing while loading. I lost the receipt but decided to turn it in anyway and told the cashier what was up, and she charged me to get it fixed. I was charged to fix a game I never even got to play. I am very upset.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, large selection of games and accessories, and the best Gamestop within a 10 mile radius of my home. The staff will hook you up with good deals and especially treats frequent customers to extra goodies and pre-order bonuses even if you didnt pre-order if they have them. They will even work with you if you have a problem with a game or accessory to make sure you can leave happy.

I will say this once. This is probably one of the busiest gamestop in the area. It is known to have a lot of customers who sell their consoles, games, etc. Considering that, this gamestop can be very busy but the staff is great and willing to help. Great store! People (customers/us) can be so impatient.

Im fairly cheap when it comes to gaming. I prefer not paying full price so I buy them used and trade them in. I also like that I can return a used game within 7 days for any reason. Ive had a couple that sucked so bad I was able to go trade it for a different one. You cant do that if you buy a new one.

Horrible gamestop. Dont bother to CALL they never answer the phone. Ive been calling for 2 hours and they still have not answered the phone. New complain. 10/18/2016 Its 8:50 pm and they lock the doors with the OPEN light on. I FU#$ING hate this Gamestop. Please hire new management.

4 guys and 1 girl but only one register open? No one ever said just give us a minute or hi will be right with you. I went to get a refund of a game but has to repeat 3 times to the guy at the register what I needed. Bad service. No listening skills.

They rarely answer the phone. They dont know their own product. Their store is an unorganized mess. This store is one of the worst Gamestops around, save your time and go to either The Woodlands Mall or the one by Toys R Us in the Woodlands.

Ive never had a problem with the exception having to wait for service. They just dont have enough employees in my opinion.
