I have been to this location numerous times always thinking that this might be it, this might be the time they have the book I am looking for, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I am thoroughly disappointed. Its not like I am searching for a first edition Lord of the Rings book signed by J.R.R. Tolkien himself. These are run of the mill, mass volume print novels by well known authors. The only reason I chose not to 1 star this establishment is because they do sell books... just not a good selection of them. Barnes and Noble, I award you two stars, and may God have mercy on your soul!!!

I went to the Southlake B&N location on Wednesday to purchase gift cards for family and friends. To my amazement there were zero gift cards with the words "Merry Christmas" but I could purchase a "Happy Hanukkah" gift card. So i guess the 90% of Americans who celebrate Christmas are out of luck this year if you want a Merry Christmas gift card but the 2% of Americans who celebrate Hanukkah are in good shape. B&N, as a long time member I am in your store to purchase Christmas presents. How about providing at least one gift card option with the words "Merry Christmas".

Love it here! Amazing bookstore with a amazing selection and fantastically friendly customer service. If they dont have it you dont need it. Ever wonder what happened to Matilda? They know! Also...they have Starbucks downatairs! How can it get any better?

I love a good, clean, quiet Barnes and Noble. Parking always seems a bit full, but I just think of it as a good thing that so many people are book shopping. I even skip the geographically closer Barnes and Noble to go to this one.

Computer kiosk lookup doesnt work correctly. Says books are in different location than they are actually. My experience reminded me why I almost always buy books on Amazon unless I need it immediately or I feel like killing time.

Probably the best Barnes & Noble Ive been to is right in Southlake of all places. The selection is top-notch and the service is great. Great place to wait for a movie or dinner reservation

Nice store. They have expanded the music, movie, and kiddie vampire sections but it is still a good store. Should be interesting if they add the restaurant and bar ideas.
