I bought two hats at this stupid store for 49 dollars and the lady that rang me up never told me there are no refunds and she didnt even give me my receipt. She was so rude and being ugly I asked politely is there another way to get a refund and she said rudly no there isnt. I am just so pissed off and annoyed I am never shopping at a Spencers store again worst place in the world. Unless I get my money back I may consider going back.l but until then that place can burn in hell!!!!!!

My daughter just came home and told me that they were harrased at this store! More details coming soon! The corporate office will hear of this and Ill be paying you a visit soon! Leave my children alone! I use to love shopping with spencers. Youll never get another dollar out of me or my friends and family!
