If youre fortunate enough to visit the warehouse in person, you will be glad you did as their service is fantastic. The staff was very friendly, and one of the staff members (Rob, I believe) helped my wife and me choose the perfect backpacks. He easily spent an hour and a half teaching us about backpacks and helping us find the perfect fit for our upcoming extended hiking trip. They have a great selection, and their prices are good as well!

I stopped by here a few years ago and the advice they gave me was more helpful than I could have asked for. Amazing customer service. They mainly sell online but are totally willing to help you if you come by their warehouse. Looking forward to making another purchase with these guys.
