On new years eve my car was stolen and i needed to come up with cash just to simply get around until insurance resolved my issue. Regretfully i was going to sale my battlefield 500gb xbox one. For the record i just purchased it . I literally havent even downloaded my battlefield. Upon arriving at approximately 530 I was greeted by a very rude and condescending young man. I told him of my situation and he stated better me than him. After i presented him the estimate i was given online he offered me 75.00. I am not asking for anything free or discount im simply informing you of the service. I will do my business with amazon from now on.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I entered the store and asked one of the store clerks for assistance finding a power cord. She stated, "Im sorry I cant help you because Im currently not on the clock". So she point at the front desk where the "on the clock" employees were. WTF...so you cant say the power cords are in this area!!! So, using her rationale for not helping me I in turn could tell her that yes, I am a nurse but unfortunately, I cant stop you from bleeding out because Im off duty.

Horrible Customer Service! The associate (Homer) cracks my trade in disc while inspecting it and then tries to play it off and says he cant accept it cracked. I call him out on it and then he says "whatever" and then continues to give me only $7 credit instead of $10 because he charged me a $3 refurbished fee because the disc was cracked. Now I remember why I switched doing trades to Best Buy.

they are very rude, and disrespectful. they riped me off about $300 dollars in store credit, and when i asked to speak to the manager they he was busy and wouldnt come to talk to me, when i saw him laughing with a female employe. so i was out of luck and lost $300. and i heard one employee call me a D-bag cuz i was being complicated.

Ive never had an issue with them, they always work to ensure you get the best of whatever they have in stock that youre looking for and if they dont have it theyll gladly look around to see who has it for you. Fair prices but I often find eBay to have lower prices and bestbuy to have more stock if its the latest gen stuff

Ive been going to this specific GS for about 2 years (since I arrived in San Antonio) and havent had any problems. They are always up to date with the games and are very knowledgeable! I recommend this store to others in the area for sure!

I went to get the Covert Forces Controller and I also wanted to buy the Arkham Knight Batarang which they had in stock. The worker was too lazy to go and get the one Batarang they had in stock. Very disappointed.

It was standard, some of the staff was ride but overall okay. Although sometimes I call to see if they have a certain game in stock, they say yes and then I go to get the game but then they tell me otherwise.

Need to fix,website says open until eight, but they close at six on Sunday. I rode my bike halfway across town get to this store five minutes before they closed and they wouldnt let me enter to buy one game.
