My experience with this new neighborhood Game store was Great. Game Snob is so much better than Game Stop. Its close to home, clean, and most of all I got personalized service from the owner himself. I learned a great deal of information on the my new game and I was able to preorder for just $5.00. The owner - Jeff has been an avid Game player for years. He has played almost every game I asked him about. The best thing is his attention to detail. Every square inch of this store is set up for success for the shopper. Very well organized, Good Games, Personalized Service, and Great Sales! We should all be proactive and deliberate in supporting our cities small business. So dont waste your time in traffic and standing in line at Game Stop go to Game SNOB. Hes not snobby at all. It was cool to buy from an actual GAMER.

Wonderful store very close to home and a much better experience. I went in to buy Lego dimensions for my son along with a new PS4 controller. When the owner noticed that the game itself had been stolen when he was robbed he gave me all the other pieces to the game for free and I went ahead and bought a different game. Terrific customer service. Definitely coming back here if I need to go see a game store.

They dont do returns. Even if they sell you a game that doesnt work, dont bother trying to get your money back. Make sure the game works before you ring it up. Insist if you have to. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR GAME WORKS. Yknow what? Just go to Game Over or anywhere else.
