The tall clerk at the Auto Zone on Rowlett Rd was rude and did not have any interest in helping customers. Instead he made snide comments about my knowledge of a car light I was looking to replace. I called it a fog light and he thought that was funny. I guess he thought being a parts store clerk made him better than anyone else. I congratulate him on making it big

Great customer service by the store manager and assistance manager. Favorite store. When I need something from an Autozone. Ill make the extra trip to this location even though there is one less than a mile from my place.

Quick and fast service. Whenever I go to this Autozone, Im usually on my way home from work but headed to pick up my son so I dont have much time. I am usually in and out in 10 minutes or less.

They got rude management; actually the store manager was rude to their customer and the employees! They couple good shift manager but the the store manager contrled them so much which is bad.
