I had a horrible experience at this autozone. I am so disappointed at the company for having such poor customer service representation. I walked in this morning with not much time to get my battery tested. Both of the representatives at the front desk were really nice...the minute I walked in "welcome to autozone sir, well be right with you." They were both busy with a customer and I walked around the store and saw the store manager scanning price tags or something. I asked him if he could help me because I was in a rush and his said "I cant help you but one of my guys will." well, after waiting for 15 minutes (and understanding tat both of the other associates were busy with customers) the manager walks right by me and doesnt say anything while he sees that both associates are outside helping customers. He walks by me several times and doesnt even bother to ask me if I need help or look at me. I said out loud, "I dont have much time, I hope someone helps me soon." Nope, the manager didnt say or do anything. I walked out and the two associates looked at me and then look at the manager inside the store just hanging out with his scanner...the new what happened. Is this really the kind of customer service that autozone wants to take so much pride in...seriously! never again...I guess NAPA autoparts will get my business now.

Super nice and helpful with the products they sell, also were kind enough to assist in a small install I had trouble with. I work in the area so have dropped in for things that popped up, the guys who are there are very knowledgeable about needs of certain autos as well as being familiar with what is stocked. Its staffed with personable young men who seem to make the extra effort to see that your questions are answered . GREAT PLACE TO GO IF NOT GOOD WITH CAR ISSUES, THE GENTLEMAN KEEP YOU UP TO SPEED .

I purchased a headlight bulb from there. The staff was very nice, he even helped me to change the bulb. Their customer service was perfect! The price was low in autozone. If I go to a dealer or a car repair shop, I bet they will charge a lot of money & labor fee. Try not to go to the dealer, they are crazy bloodsucking people! Im sure that if you buy a $20 product in a Autozone, you go to a dealer you pay $60~$100! Why not save your money?

I have two pieces of advice for this store: one, if youre going to sell license plate covers in a state that requires both front and back plates, carrying only one of each cover is not smart. Two, if you have 4 employees with nothing to do, maybe you should get one of them to organize your product so people can shop your meager inventory. Theyre nice people, but save yourself the time and just go across the street to Oreilly.

This is a great Autozone! John helped me when I went to the store in July of 2017. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping me find a new battery for my car. John even removed the old battery for me and installed the new one. He provided great customer service and is a super nice guy. Id highly recommend this Autozone if you are looking for one!

Normal car store problem - i am a girl, not a particularly attractive one, so no one is available to help. I had questions, just got pointed to a section. Didnt have a very good selection and i also was unsure of what exactly i needed. So, i left and no one seemed to care, and went across the street to oreilys. Very nice over there and helped me out tremendously.

Very relieved to finally go to an auto store that has great customer service and doesnt make you feel like an idiot. The staff was very helpful, and the manager, Henry, helped me put in my headlight and blinker bulbs. Was in and out in 10 minutes under $30! Great store. Highly recommend.

Always able to help me find what l need and if they they dont have it they tell me what store has it. They offer the option to have it brought to their store saving me the trip to go get it. They can run a diagnostic check for free and also charge the car battery for free.
