My family is and has been a customer of Walgreens well over umpteen years...Requested to transfer medication to Pinehurst location from Tomball location closer to my residence. Upon this request the Pharmacist, Raman Baath was uncooperative and unprofessional; she complained what ALL she had to do to transfer prescriptions, I told her my information and where my prescriptions were then asked her what else she needed from me. She kept repeating what she had to do and seemed put out and finally said no she would not transfer. Complained to Manager, Chris Aiken and he told us he would handle it so we left. We called a week later because no one contacted us to follow-up, no resolution. Went to Tomball location was informed by that pharmacist we had to make the transfer request at the Pinehurst Location. After more calls finally spoke with Walgreen’s Corporate Office and was informed the Pharmacist can pick and choose which/whos prescriptions’ to fill even if you have a prescription at another location because of their license. Just boggles my mind why a simple transfuse came to this so I have come to the conclusion this is an isolated event and have since submitted a grievance with the Pharmacy Board because this particular pharmacist, Raman BAATH dose not adhere or practice her oath and in my opinion discriminating customers and using her Power as a pharmacy topic and choose. Pitiful!

Showed up to pick up a prescription that I refilled using Walgreens robocall system and found that there were no more refills. Pharmacist, seemingly unconcerned with my plight, dryly said that the computer system does not recognize when there are not more refills. Probably the worst designed system in the history of software! This is not the first time that this has happened to me here. Now, I must endure an entire weekend without medication as the Dr. office is not open on the weekend and therefore not able to call a refill in. This is the last straw. I am moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy that can handle refills competently. Recommend you find somewhere else to get your meds as you may have to go without them if you do business here.

Avoid this pharmacy. Hands down the worst Walgreens I have ever visited. 30 minute waits in drive thru line. No customer service in pharmacy. Got my prescription wrong and wouldnt take it back or change it. Had doctor change it and had it filled at CVS. Didnt do a consult on the meds change. I am allergic to that manufacturers brand. That cost me $100 and 5 days of being sick. The employees inside the store are excellent but stay away from this pharmacy. Raman Baath is the rude pharmacist who couldnt possibly care less about customers. I literally spend thousands of dollars at Walgreens each year. I am moving everything to CVS. Its a longer drive but I never want to lay eyes on this pharmacist again and she will mess up and wont help me anyway.

Im at the Walgreens in Pinehurst trying to pick up a prescription. Im being waited on by Brittney. I noticed something is wrong with my prescription. I asked her to please call my doctor to verify the meds. I was told that she was too busy and I need to call myself. Seriously!!!?? WTH!!!?? I think you have given me the wrong medication and your going to send me home with it anyways? This is just pure total laziness. Finally the Pharmacist rectified the situation after I reported what was going on. Never got an apology. Just a sneer as I was leaving.

Coming home from major surgery, my wife dropped my Rxs off at Walgreens. Pharmacy lady said they would be ready in 30 minutes. What she didnt say was the pharmacy had new hours and would be closing in 45 minutes. I guess blood thinner, antibiotics and pain killers not as important to her as me. Ill never go back.

Lousy, lousy pharmacy. I called to ensure they had received prescription. Was told they had it and to give them 15 to 20 minutes to fill it. Now -- six hours later -- they say they never got it. Go elsewhere. Ne

Worst pharmacy ever. Rude staff, lost prescriptions, zero help or assistance. Despite a nurse calling in a refill, they seem unable to locate it or verify.
