Rude, unprofessional suppose to be salespeople that are only friendly and helpful to people they know. They dont even know the products they are selling. I actually had to ask a customer what product was best for my hair. If they dont know you they are immediately rude to you. The owner of the store does nothing but hide in his back office and does nothing to assist customers. I made the mistake of going into this store and was so angry at the ghetto staff, I didnt buy anything. I took a big STEP and left with my money in hand to spend elsewhere. Straight Ghetto!

They do got a lot of your hair care needs. Also, had lots to choose from. However, when it comes to customer service its just okay, no one is greeting you their or asking to be of service to you. So, all in all it really nothing that special.
