I went in to make a shoe purchase and was checked out by Shae a store Mgr but the he stated that my purchase didnt go thru with my credit card payment .. asked if I could I could do it again .. I did it again and he stated it didnt go thru again ..asked if I could try it again .. I felt concerned about that and logged online to check my crefut card to see that it was taken from my account and IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT .. I asked for the store Mgr and he stated that him and a female was the store management.. I let them see that the transaction was taken out my account and they told me that bc a receipt didnt print they was unable to give me my shoes .. told me to call the corporate office .. REALLY ?? Are you serious!!! I need to call bc they knew their machine was acting up and instead of shutting down that register .. they choose to keep it open and be inconsiderate of customers .. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN !!! So Im stuck without shoes and having to call my bank to try and get my money back !!! What a great way to treat customers

Compre dos pares de zapatos ala semana de comprarlos uno de los zapatos se despego la suela fuy a regresarlos y como no tenia el resivo no me los quisieron cambiar les explique que no guarde el recibo porque nunca pensé que tuviera ese problema con los zapatos y no me los cambiaron Por ese motivo no me gusta la tienda por el personal que no te ayuda

Good deals, but the CSR that greeted us as we entered wasnt so great with the welcome. She started off with no enthusiasm and finished with a mumble, honestly couldnt tell what the last few words were. This gave us a bad first impression of the place. So all in all you come here for the saving but dont expect too much in the customer service department. 2-27-17

First time here the man that checked us out was nice. But theres no one there to help you with the shoes or maybe thats the way it should be but prices are just okay I thought they were cheaper.

This store doesnt open at 9:30...it opens at 10am..you all should really fix the hours!
