Tax free weekend (Friday afternoon) was understocked. My 17 autistic child, who is picky and gets easily frustrated, had a difficult time finding his size in what he wanted. The employees went out of their way to help. The store was clean and organized. After many failed attempts to find what my child wanted, a compromise was reached. Im thankful I didnt have to shop somewhere else, which would had been additionally frustrating for my child and I. All I can say is, for a business to start with day 1 of a three day shopping event under stocked in sizes is foolish, really! Thank goodness they had a variety of styles from which to choose.

Everything was good until we had to check out. At the register, Celina had a really bad attitude and was smacking and blowing bubbles with her gum. She looked very annoyed about having to check us out and would hardly make eye contact. When she bagged our shoes she slammed the bag on the counter. After such treatment, my mother was still nice enough to say thank you and Celina did not respond. I hate leaving negative reviews but this behavior is unacceptable. Instead of ruining the customers shopping experience if you dont feel like working then dont go to work.

I hate to give it 2 stars because everyone else working there is friendly EXCEPT for the assistant manager. I really dont know how she worked up to management with that attitude she has. She is short with people, rolls her eyes, sighs and is all together rude. If you see the assistant manager at a register, just ask for another person to take the additional register. I would honestly wait an entire hour just to check out with someone else instead of her.
