My phone just came out three days ago, so I understand it was going to be hard to find a case. This is why my husband called around town to ask first. He called this place, asked the lady if they carried a case for the "ZTE Max Pro," he repeated himself 3 times. She claimed they had it. So we loaded up our two babies and two strollers from Garland to Town East in the middle of July in TX. We get there, she asks if she can help us. I tell her what I need, she says "Oh, we dont have that one." Completely disregards me, turns to him, "Can I help you sir? What do you need?" Asking my husband what he needs. My husband said he wouldnt be buying anything from them because she lied on the phone. She then kept lying, saying she said she had the "GTE". There is no such thing as a GTE cell phone. We walked away furious. Will not be back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Got my battery replaced here and the next day came back because it started repeatedly doing the same thing and not charging and stay at 2%. They didnt fix anything or replace the battery and said it worked fine just put it on a different charger. It worked for about a week then started doing the same thing. I came in again and he replaced the battery but all of a sudden my phone speaker and camera wouldnt work. When I explained the problem he interrupted me and said that all he did was replace the battery. He could of easily helped me with the problem and if I needed to replace my camera or speaker and I would pay for it even though it was working fine before he had just replaced the battery. Never ever will I go here again. Save your money and go somewhere better.

WOW. Love this place. They have all the cases I ever wanted. The guy who works there Kareem is ridiculously helpful and was skillful enough to fix my iPad. I had my iPad fixed multiple times before at the "CellPhone Repair Shops" but it always glitched and flickered until I got it fixed here. I dont know how they do it but it works like new. So excited to find good businesses like this.

Got my screen replaced a few days ago in my iPhone 6 and another piece that was making the color off. Paid $135 and got home. Screen color isnt right and started flashing. Also took the case off and you can see light because the screen isnt installed properly. Text the # in the receipt as it says to and have gotten no response! DO NOT go here!!!

This place is a joke! They use the cheapest replacement parts; will claim they can fix anything, but then when they mess up something that worked originally ( specifically like your fingerprint ID ) they will blame it on a software problem and say they dont fix the home buttons; furthermore-- they only give u a ten (20) day warranty!!!

my iPhone 6 s plus was broken and I went to apple apple and they told me I had to replace my phone. I went to Cellairis which my friend recommended to me and they fixed my phone within 30min. These guys have great service, husband and wife work together!! wow they are amazing. everyone should shop here and they are great

I just wanted to Thank you guys. My wifes iPhone 6plus was completely shattered and there was no hope even apple store refused to fix my iphone then I took it to Cellairis and they fix my phone right in front of me.. Happy wife and happy life :)

Just got my screen replaced a couple days ago, was fine for like 4 days then it went black...Most likely will have to fix it again....POOR JOB GUYS DAMMIT!
