I went in one day when my phone completely went out on me. It was not my fault so I was very frazzled and upset I encountered a sales person by the name of Eric who was very rude and try and make the situation so much worse then it had to be. He begin to tell me that pretty much there was nothing he could do so on and so forth and I was just going to have to wait or buy another phone. I was very very very angry with his lack of people skills and his unwillingness to help. Then another guy by the name of Troy I believe was so helpful and insightful he came back and he gave me everything I needed not only to get my phone replaced that day but gave me other options just in case I didnt get the phone replaced. If it had not been for that guy I would have canceled my service with AT&T that day!

Im a sales associate at the NorthPark location went into this store because its the closest to my home to return a device I had purchased online and the rep that helped me didnt know his rules and policies . I been with the company for 2 years already and know everything they simply just didnt want to help or even try to then some girl went in the transaction cause he then had to question himself after he seemed how knowledgeable i was about the system and even she was backing the newbie up saying I had to return in back by mail when i processed many many many online order returns. I just walked out there was no point of insisting if they clearly didnt want to help Ill wait till I go back to work Friday to return it.

I brought my tracfone to the AT&T store on Interstate 35 in Desoto Tx. to have the contacts transferred to my new samsung galaxy S5. I had over a year of time plus 1800 minutes left on the tracfone phone and planned to have my wife use it in her car as a backup phone. When I got around to turning the tracfone on in the evening, the sim card had been stolen, making the phone worthless. The sim card can be used in any cheap tracfone and use the time and minutes left. So I am just out the 150 $ left on the stolen sim card. The store clerks just shrug their solders and say so sorry.

My phone completely went out and they said I had to wait on another phone, I have to wait a week for a new phone. I was out of a phone for a week and they didnt care. They said the only way was to get a brand new phone on another line.

No one ever answers the phone at this locations. even during store hours. I tried calling here at 10:05 on a tuesday morning..store opens at 10am...there was no answer several times.
