Worst fast food restaurant experience of my life...10-15 minute wait after pushing the button... Girl acted annoyed that I even came by and then the girl forgot the amount of my order so had to get my receipt back to count my change back. After all that the order was wrong. All of this mixed with the horribly up kept location made this a place I will never return to..

I ordered a simple route 44 power aid figured I would a grab and go type thing... right after I ordered the screen said my order was being delivered well 15 Mims later (I guess they had to go to Waco to get my drink) still no drink so I pushed the button one more time 5 min later still no answer so I finally just drove off worst service ever from a sonic

Okay lets be real!!!!!! Its Easter Day and your the only freaking place open to eat with 2 people working!!!!! Literally everyone Ive talked to in the past two hours has been here longer than I have!!!!!!! The food sucks my taste buds are literally screaming help!!!!!! The wait is really bad!!!!!! I wouldnt even give it a one star!!!!!

It would be nice if they served food. Got there and they told me they only server drinks and the kitchen is closed. Thats after she asked what she could get for me and I started ordering. When we asked why they didnt serve food we were ignored so I we left and went down the street to get food. Very poor customer service.

The food is good when they actually get your order right. Theres also a problem with coupons. We try to use coupons that we get in the mail, and they always overcharge us. I tried to get a refund once because my food was no good, and the manager said, "We cant give refunds on credit cards!" Ugh!

I order two corn dogs and a chocolate shake, wait almost 30 minutes. The shake was melted when I got it, asked if they would remake it for, they said okay, but Im pretty sure they just brought me out the same sake cause when I got the "new" one it was so melted that ot wasnt even cold anymore.

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!! Horrible service, rude manager, and illiterate servers! It took 45 minutes to receive my order, after it was sent back twice for being prepared improperly. I will never waste my money at this establishment ever again.

I saw on commercial that the cheesy bacon pretzel dog was just cheese and bacon, thats what the guy said on the commercial, but it had onions. There was hardly and cheese on it at all. Bad quality.

Second time to eat there in 2 weeks and order screwed up both times. Manager when called was apologetic but didnt sound surprised. Offered a free meal and thats only reason Ill be there again.

Terrible service. Took 20 minutes to get an order of tater tots and a drink. Quite a few of the stalls dont work. Couldnt take an order properly to save their life.

The card reader at the order box was jigged out... then they didnt give me no napkins. Also, you could taste the fryer grease in the tots.
