The ice cream truck that patrols the area I live in consistently turns his music on full blast at unreasonable hours. I wont hear him at all during normal, daytime hours when Im sure sales would be the best, but instead only after dark. This weekend for example, the truck was never around. It is now 9:00 PM on a Sunday-the sun went down an hour ago-and the ice cream truck decided to just now turn on the music and cruise the neighborhood. Not only is this extremely creepy but it is also a school night and children should not be eating ice cream at this hour, let alone go outside to get it, AND adults have work in the morning and really dont want to hear that music while they are attempting to sleep. Happens 3-4 times a week in the area that I live... I cant imagine his sales are booming by any means.
