Made 2 same day appointments for my two step kids, and they were so awesome! So very friendly, but also very knowledgable. They analyzed current glasses to get their current prescription, the last doctor we went to couldnt or did not want to bother with doing that. I like to know how their vision is changing. The doctor addressed the kids directly and made them feel their questions and concerns were important. The kids had originally chosen glasses elsewhere, but after the help they received at the office, they changed their minds. They were even very knowledgeable as to what type of glasses were best for their prescription, as well as where their pupils sat. Dr. Smith will continue to be their eye doctor from now on, and mine as well! :)

Miss Renee and Miss Marie was awesome. They were very patient when I came in with the kiddos. I believe it was quitting time but I didnt feel rushed. I noticed when I got in the car It was well after 5. My appointment was 3 people and they treated us all like they had all the time in the world. Thanks to the doctor as well. He was GREAT. It was my first time with him and Im sorry that I cant remember his name.

I have been a patient for 6 years. The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr. Smith takes time to make sure your prescription is the best it can be. The exam is very thorough. I can go in anytime and get my glasses adjusted and have nose pieces replaced. I even face planted and broke my lenses and because it was less than a year from the date of purchase, they were replaced for free.

Dr. Smith and Maria make your visit and experience at Advanced Vision Care such a great one. From the time you walk in the door until you walk out, you are treated like a dear friend. I used to hate getting my eyes checked, but with Dr. Smith I actually look forward to my appointments. You just cant go wrong with this Mansfield Advanced Vision Care.

Great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Jonathan was very nice with his greetings. Dr. Smith was very nice and very pacient with my son. Maria was very helpful picking out glasses that were the best fit for my son and explained the different types that would be the best for him. She was defitely the best on closing out for us.
