I went in to this office excited that I was not having to drive over to Grand prairie to purchase my new glasses. The office is beautiful and the doctor was wonderful. But when it came to communicating with Debbie this is where I had a problem. I informed her that I wanted the same type of glasses I had before and handed the staff my old glasses so they would know which type I am speaking of. I am not the professional optometrist here they are. My glasses came in and I asked my sister who lives in Grapevine to please pick them up for me. I was so excited! But I was so disappointed when I tried them on and could not see. I tried several times to see if I could adjust to the glasses. I couldnt. I went back the next available Saturday, since I do not live close. When I went in this past Saturday I was seen very fast and the associate took my glasses and read them and she agreed that the new ones would not work for me. But what upset me is that she would not answer any of my questions. She kept saying I will have to ask Debbie, or I dont want to answer that until I speak to Debbie. I left my glasses at the office and still have not heard back from (Debbie) the office and I was left not knowing when I would be receiving my glasses. Apparently Debbie is the only one at the office who can answer this question or any questions.

I currently live in Denton, TX but I still drive to Grapevine in order to go to Eye Associates of Grapevine. I have been a patient there for 15 plus years. The staff is excellent. They remember you, call you by name and are extremely accommodating and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Granado-Chaney for most of those years and all I can say is that she is GREAT! She always asks how things have been with my eye sight, have I noticed any changes and will advise on what she things I may need to do in order to keep my eye sight as sharp as can be expected due to my condition. I would recommended Eye Associates of Grapevine to anyone who was looking for a place to care for their vision needs.

I have been a patient since my first pair of glasses as a kindergartener more than 20 years ago. The staff is incredibly caring and helpful, as well as both professional and personable. They take the time to catch up with me as an individual every year when I go in for my check-up, they help me maximize my insurance benefits, and every person in the office goes the extra mile to care for me. Once when I was a college student home for the weekend, they squeezed me in on short notice to take care of some problems I was having with my contacts. I will not switch eye doctors unless I move far, far away!

I do not have a regular eye doctor I went here for a baseline exam and decided they would be my location of choice in the future. A couple of months later I was struck in the eye by a ball and visited Eye Associates again. They explained how my insurance company would react to this second visit but completed thorough testing to ensure my eye did not have long term structural damage. I felt that my best interests were put first. Their associates at the front were very friendly and the eye doctor is the best. I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved to Grapevine a couple of years ago and I was well past due for an eye appointment. I stumbled upon them by chance and I couldnt be more thrilled. It was the best experience Ive ever had at an optometrist. The staff was extremely friendly, and the Doctor was awesome. They were able to fit me in for an appointment early the morning after I called them. Great selection of frames, and a quick turn around on my prescription. As long as Im in the DFW metroplex I will continue to use them, and tell my friends and family about them as well.

I can finally see!! As my eye exam was performed, I was asked questions about my previous lenses and asked what MY preference was. Amazing. Someone that cared what I wanted. I wasnt forced into getting multi-focal lenses, which were bothering me and didnt allow me to see as clearly as I should have. Dr. ReeDee listened to me and was able to adjust my prescription so I didnt need the multi-focal and everything is crystal clear. THANK YOU!!! I have already recommended this place to three people.

Ive been to several eye doctors over the years for check-ups and glasses, and none of them tops the Eye Associates of Grapevine! Dr. Granado-Chaney and her staff were phenomenal!! They are quick, efficient, and informative. I was highly impressed, and will DEFINITELY be recommending them to all of my friends and family. My wife, put me on to them, and I am extremely grateful. I will be using them from now on. I dont think there is a better place out there. Three words - AMAZING and CARING!

Since I havent had my eyes checked in years, I was a little nervous about the whole system. As is turns out, I had nothing to be concerned with. Melinda looked after the insurance - I didnt know if I had coverage, Anne was wonderful providing all the eye test with explanations as each was completed, and Dr. Grace was professional with clear details on what I need now and how to look after my sight going forward. And, I can not speak highly enough of Dr. ReeDee Granado-Chaney. Shes very personal and genuine, and is a very good communicator.
