Went in with a very large lumber order, started at the register giving the attendant the list of items we needed with quantities, no knowledge of any of the products. Another attendant came to help this young man. The other attendant told us some of the lumber wasnt in stock, as my husband went to check the shelf to be sure she huffed and told me that we just needed to get a buggy and load it all ourselves and check out. At this point, I go find another attendant and ask for the manager. Manager comes up and gets everything on a ticket for the lumber and tells us to go ahead and finish shopping and hell have it ready at the register when were done. So we get a buggy and get the other stuff we are needing. Get back to the register and no lumber is ready, the employees are just standing by the register and acted like they knew nothing about our order. Ended up walking out because we still couldnt get our lumber pulled. Upon leaving the store I call and ask for the manager, assistant manager Scott is available (who helped get order straightened out). Scott sounded very concerned that he just lost about a $1,500 purchase because of lazy staff. Will not be go back to Home Depot! Waste of time!

If you fill out a Home Depot free water test kit and send it away, you will get a phone call saying your water has drinking safety issues. A RainSoft sales person will come to your house and try to sell you A very expensive over priced unit by giving you scare tactics that your water is unsafe to drink. I am sure RainSoft sells good equipment, but do you really need their units for your water that RainSoft says is unsafe to drink? Before you buy their unit, please do your research, do not let the salesman force you to buy their unit because you get free soap and no sales tax that night! I found most of his safety info untrue the next day about our EPA standards.I almost got suckered, do your homework before you sign the contract.

Most useless staff of home depot employees Ive ever ran into. I stood around forever in front of the key kiosk with at least 6 employees that walked by and avoided eye contact with me at all cost. THEN I waited 20 minutes after someone called to get assistance making a key and then was told they didnt have blanks to make it after it was all over with. I also needed a few cuts made on an 8ft piece of oak asked someone to help. The guy (who was doing nothing but standing around) suddenly had something to do said he had a customer to help and immediately took off the other way. Dont spend your money here. Lowes is around the corner. Just go there and save yourself the frustration and headache

I didnt like anything I am a contractor I went there looking for siding materials I found them and got to the register where the cashier wouldnt ring me up because she couldnt find a barcode and wouldnt get off her cell phone so I offered to go get barcode numbers for my purchases "which only took 2minutes" due to the fact the material was only 20 ft away. Got back to the counter and she has cleared the register and said im going on break. Never will I ever go back to this home depot

I am shopping for paint as part of my bathroom remodel. I am using 2 of their locations to purchase items due to my work schedule. Neither location is willing to offer any advice. There commercials suggest you can ask their pros and they will be happy to help. This is not my experience. I used to love Home Depot. A machine could mix paint colors. I need educated advice.

Cant buy things with card. Their system keeps declining my cards at the store and online, but the cards work everywhere els?? Customer services isnt trained to troubleshoot or know how to notify or know who to notify about it. Lowes works seamlessly with no need for any intervention to process payments. If you have this isue go to lowes same price for everything...

No customer service when employees are present. Every time inside this store i have to get a manager just to try to help or answer any question. Employees are not trained properly. Home Depot is going downhill very quickly with any services

Well stocked but the staff could be a little more friendly. Theyre helpful but it feels as though youre inconveniencing them when you ask for help. Still better than Lowes for lumber and parts.

Not my favorite but Lowes isnt any better. Never anyone around when you need help and if you do find someone they always seem to scatter and run away when they see you coming to ask for help.
