I visit QT all around Dallas and get great service. But this one never has fresh coffee at 10pm. I understand theyre cleaning the beverage area but at least have one pot with coffee that doesnt tastes burnt... like its been sitting for the whole day. Plus the guys at the register is dancing and singing. Never friendly. One time he tried to argue that I didnt give him exact change. Which might have been but just ask me for the additional amount rather than make it a big deal. So Ive decided not to visit this QT and go to another which is out of the way but worth the distance.

Horrible customer service!! We purchased candy that was clearly marked on special 2 for $3.33 and it didnt ring up correctly we let the cashier know. She insisted on seeing the sign for herself and then told us that it only applied to the candy the signs were directly in front of. When we asked then why did the sign say "All Varieties" she couldnt give us a legit answer. I love QT but will never stop at this location again!

Soila was a lot of help both with our food selection and then again as cashier. The restrooms could have used some tending to but overall good. They have free air for your tires. QT always has the lowest gas prices in any area

Went to get a refill and a pastry. On the shelf, it said that the pastry was $1.79. Rung up at $1.89. Told the assistant manager named "Jay" about it and threw my money back at me. Wont come back here again.
