Not the best of 7-11s - liked this store when it was Exxxon. Recently I bought a Works Car wash - worst ever. Did not rinse properly and left car with spots. Complained and was told to come back after issues were fixed. Upon return I had trouble getting another car wash. After resolving this issue, the second car wash was just like the first; very bad wash and didnt rinse properly. Went back in to complain a second time and was just told to take it up with the manager. I have not been back since and plan to never return. In previous visits, often the Icee machine does not work - OFTEN! it does not work. I have been asking for the City of Mesquite Refuse bags all 7-11s carry since they opened and they still have never offered them. Nice people but I cannot recommend. My car wash should have been replaced as many times as was necessary until their machine was fixed.

Please do not get gas at this location or anything else. My credit card info as well as a friends was stolen from this location. Management better step up. I am done. Go across the street.

Theft occurred here! The lady working at the register stole the keys to my car when i left them on the counter!! She claimed she never saw them but only us 2 was in the store l!!
