Shopping for mens wedding bands today, something Ive researched extensively. The sales associate seemed friendly enough to but not committed to the interaction. I had asked her near the beginning to see their tungsten selection with no diamonds though was referred to them several times. Thats fine, not what I was looking for but I dont mind a sales lady offering her opinion. Where I did get frustrated was when she grouped cobalt, titanium, and tungsten carbide as pretty much the same. Really?! I mean I get cobalt and the tungsten being close as far as hardness,even though their melting points are almost 4,000 degrees apart. titanium which is very soft comparatively speaking and half the weight being grouped in there with the other two turned me off from the sale. " I dont know, is always an acceptable answer in sales." Made my finances and my wedding band purchases from Natalia across the way at Zales an hour later.

After visiting both here and Benchmark across from Helzberg I would definitely have to say that im glad I bought at Helzberg. They have a very professional staff who treat you like youre their favorite customer and this was only further proven when I walked into benchmark where apparently its pretty common to haggle? That may be some peoples thing but I personally feel like theres something they arent telling me or im not getting as good a product. Regardless I will say that while the salesman at benchmark was desperate to make the sale and kept lowering the price as I was trying to leave, I chose Helzberg and am so thankful that I did because there was an issue where I had to make a return and get a new ring....and guess who accepts returns and who doesnt :)

Let me start off my saying I love my ring. What I dont love is that as a jewelry store they dont offer spacers for rings. I recently got married and my ring is currently too big but not sure if it is big enough to be resized until I Ive worn it for a while. They recommended I go to Claires to buy a spacer because they dont offer them. Why as a place that solely sells jewelry do you not offer accessories that I have to go to a costume jewelry store for juveniles to buy something to make a ring we spent thousands on to fit. Disappointing. If they are "only three dollars" like the sales lady mentioned why cant you offer it to your customers who spend well above that.

Absolutely amazing staff. We went to every jewelry store in the mall for an engagement ring and chose here. The staff knows what they are doing and make you feel special. The ring is absolutely perfect and right in our price range. Thank yall so much for amazing service.

I went to have my wedding ring cleaned and the lady in there treated me like I stole the ring. She asked me for all kinds of paperwork and that has never happened to me before. So I guess if you are black better bring all you papers.
