Outstanding service! I had been looking for a Breitling watch for a few weeks, and was fortunate to find Jim Koontz at Benchmark Jewelers. He spent several hours with me explaining the different models, and was tremendously patient and helpful. Jim knows watches better than anyone Ive ever met. A few days after my purchase I asked if I could upgrade my watch to a different one. Jim gave me full store credit and had my new watch there in a few days. Absolutely superb customer service, second to none. I would not hesitate to buy another watch or any other piece of jewelry from the fine people at Benchmark. I am a very happy customer!

I got my ring in August of 2015 and a had a diamond fall out I sent it in to get it repaired it was fine. Then I sent it in for a routine cleaning and to make sure all the prongs where fine. Then in December on the 15 my diamond fell out again. I took it back to get it fixed and I was told it would be back be Christmas and it wasnt so uncalled and they told me that they had to order a diamond for it ok so when will it be ready on the 29 well it wasnt so I call it will be ready on the 31 after 5 I get there to get and they where closed !!!!!!!!!! Not happy !!!!!
