My husband bought me a wedding ring upgrade for my birthday but it didnt fit and we wanted to get it sized faster than most jewelers were offering. He got the ring from Zales, they said 3 weeks. I googled and found this place. They were so nice, all the staff and turn around time was great. Really less than 24 hours! I cant even explain how great the quality was. I have had rings sized before and they come back with welding marks or you can tell where it was cut. Not these guys. It looks like it was bought this way. Excellent service and will definitely be doing more business with them!

My husband dropped off his wedding ring and watch to be resized. The said his ring would cost no more than $40.00-$58.00 to resize. When my husband went to pick his ring up the told him it was $70.00 for the ring and $12.00 for the watch. When explaining the cost they said it went up $30.00 because when working on the ring one of the diamonds fell out. We should not have been charged for something they caused to happen. The price was unexpected but the quality was good.
