I honestly would give no stars if I could but that wasnt an option. I came to this location plenty of times just to look. Wendy was always rude so I wasnt willing to work with her. Chandler was amazing! Unfortunately, Wendy was the store manager so some things had to go through her. I had a bracelet made with chandler, but he brought Wendy into it and it has been a nightmare since! The bracelet was suppose to be for my wedding day. My husband and I provided the diamonds and wanted to turn into a bracelet. Wendy stated she would order chain for me to see and then we would get the order started. That didnt happen! The next call I received was the bracelet was complete. I did not approve the chain in person or anything! She picked what she liked! They expected for us to pay $500 for something we didnt even like! Also, Wendy left the company and lied about handling our dislike with the bracelet. Now its new employees at the store that have no idea what we are talking about. Good thing my husband reached someone higher up to get the matter settled! This is just a piece of what we went through! Dont go to arlington dallas gold and silver!
