I went to this establishment this morning to purchase paint. And when I walked into this place an Hispanic man waited for over 5 minutes in front of the counter where some high school dropout loser named Gabriel who sat at the register for over 5 minutes. Dozens of employees walked about the store totally ignoring the growing line of customers. Well this moron Gabriel said to another equally pathetic indifferent employee "I cant wait to go home" and left the counter without acknowledging the customer. Meanwhile the fat manager sat at his desk on the phone with his door open where he could see the now 15 people long line. After more than 15 minutes one employee came to help the Hispanic man. Callous comments made by racist intolerant big mouths like Gabriel and his coworker in the face of dozens of customers is nothing short of disrespect his blatant resentment directed toward customers reflects the managements failure to operate this store in the manner befitting of Sherwin Williams I am never going back to this place. I was forced to give this place 1 star in order to post it, however if it was left to me I would give it a negative 4 stars. A copy of this review was sent to the corporate office.

9:00 am ,monday 10th october 2016 ... Really upset : I bought a sprayer filter and got a wrong one when I tryed to exchange it ,the guy working there told me they dont sell it that source, what kind of busines is this ? They are selling item that they even have in their system . No words ,really frustering ,those guys need to know how to treat the custumers and sell the right items the people pay for .

Walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. The customer service at this store was outstanding and exceptional. The manager came out and introduced himself and created a great welcoming environment. I will most definitely come back and do business with this location.
