I have used Northwest Pawn on several occasions throughout the years due to hard times. I have since moved from Houston to Missouri, and prior to my move, I had to pawn several items. After several months and being financially stable, I contacted the shop and spoke to Tom. Without any hesitation, he offered to ship my items to me in Missouri and did not charge any additional fees other than basic shipping cost. He had an amazing customer service attitude that is seldom found in this world any more. My items arrived within three days and were packed as if he had packed his own personal items. This is a very honest shop that I would use again if I found myself in a financial bind. Thanks for your help Tom.
