I have shopped at this location several times in the past with no issues. Now all the sudden i took a Bra in for alterations on Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday. I wait all week for a call letting me know when i can pick up my bra. Finally I call the store Friday morning and spoke with a lady who acted like she didnt understand anything i said asked me for my name several times. Then came back on the phone and said she couldnt find my bra then stated she had a customer and would have to call me back. I get a call back 30 min later from another lady and she asks me for my name several times and keeps repeating my name back to me wrong and saying she doesnt have anything under my name. Then after 15 min trying to tell her who I am she states the bra was left on the counter and they could not fix it. They failed to call and tell me this and didnt even apologize. I am furious I have never had such terrible customer service. I dont understand how you can sell a bra and then state you can fix it then turn around and say you are unable to fix it you dont have wires in this size. Like i said the customer service was terrible i will not be coming here again.

I visited this store in July 2014. I usually shop at another bra specialty store which is located pretty far from my home. I had never been inside My Bra Boutique and it is located much closer to where I live. I decided to stop in and was very disappointed. The selection of bras in my size was VERY small. In fact I was only shown 2 bras. I wear a 38HH or 40H depending on the brand. Those sizes are very common and I had been fitted a couple of months before. My overall experience wasnt positive. Next to nothing in my size to try and the person who helped me seemed annyoyed that I didnt wear a size they had in stock. Not a very positive experience. Maybe that experience was isolated or the situation there is different now. I wont be returning though.

I have been waiting for a month and a half for a special ordered bra I was told would be 2-3 weeks tops. They have offered me NO compensation and only today did they even offer the possibility of a refund. No other form of customer service has been offered. In fact instead of an apology I got the excuse 2 different times, that it was the manufacturers fault. The bra I purchased the same day I ordered this one had the wire poke thru within a week. I delicate wash and hang dry so this should NOT have been an issue. Needless to say, Im beyond upset at my experience and still need to find a good bra shop for larger cup bras. I have purchased from here multiple times and never really had a customer service issue... this makes me very sad.

Fantastic place with amazing staff and service. Will not buy bras from anywhere else. Yes pricy but if youre heavy chested and want a bra that lasts years, this is the place to go. They will accommodate any shape! My grandma has scoliosis that was caught to late to be corrected and they alter her bras to fit her unique shape. I brought in a bra that I had recently purchased that had a wire come out (weve all been there!) and they reinforced it for me. My entire family has been going there since they were at their old location on 1960 and we always feel completely comfortable and leave feeing confident and beautiful! Thank you ladies for all your help! You will always have my business

My experience so far has been absolutely horrible. I went in for a bra fitting on March 29, 2017. The fitting and the customer service was great. They didnt have my size in stock so I placed an order. To this day, I havent received my order!!!! Ive called numerous times and I receive a different excuse for the delay every time I call. Do not order anything from this place if you want your items in a timely manner.

Came from out of town to find a bra for my wedding dress. I called and spoke to Shemeka, she was very detailed and made me feel very comfortable. I visited the store and again I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. They asked to see a picture of the dress and I showed them, they immediately knew what type I should buy. Even helped make sure I was in the right size. The ladies that worked there were wonderful!

Went in to get fitted for the first time. The lady fitting me was very experienced and helpful. Didnt realize how badly I needed to be fitted! Been wearing the wrong size bra for all these years. Found exactly what I needed and feel amazing. I recommend getting fitted- I could tell a difference right away! Beautiful store in Town & Country Village. Will be back.

In store was great. Fitting and getting a bra whle there was a wonderful experience. However the other bras I wanted were not in store and had to be ordered. I ordered them on May 23 and have called twice to get an update. Today (June 24) I just canceled the order and got my money back. Very disappointed with the ordering.

Great costumer service very friendly people. Walked into this place needing to get fitted and got a nice welcome as i enter the store. Lorine was the nice lady that fitted me she got me the bra i was looking for and she was so helpful. Great job ladies. I recomend this place to everyone!!!!

Order a bra on April 7, 2017, just got it today May 19, 2017. Clerk said its her fault, its been there for a few weeks but she missed placed it. But my first time visiting the store was a great experience. Dont order anything! If they dont have in the store, dont get it!
