My boyfriend and I went in there yesterday, we were looking for vibrating panties. The store clearly says can not take product out of box. So we bought a $60 pair and it said it didnt come with batteries so we also bought those as well. Come to find out after buying it, it did come with batteries. On top of that it didnt work! I asked if we could get a refund for the product that was a did and there response was "you should have tested before you bought it and left the store. But everything was final sale. So even after buying it we still wouldnt have been able to return it!!! I will never go to this location again.
