I struggled with 2 or 3 stars, while the store has an ok selection of bras it is no where near as impressive as I pictured from the website. I went down there hoping to find pretty yet supportive bras, which I dont have the pleasure of wearing as I am thin, but big busted. I rarely find the right size in department stores. First off, I personally dont want to put my name on a piece of paper for everyone to see. Its just no ones business, customers that is what my name is. Second, my fitter was an older woman that at least once forgot what room she put me. I had to tell her three times that I do not wear black. My selection of bras was the same brand bra I came in with one being the same style, then a couple different styles. She would leave to go search for something and I would just stand in the dressing listening to her ask other people for suggestions. Third, once I dropped almost three hundred dollars on bras, got home, washed them (BY HAND and AIR DRIED them) I realized they are not the right size. The band is too small, it digs into me all the way around. It literally makes it very hard to breath when I sit down and causes a great deal of pain!! I wish I could show a picture of how badly the band dug into me after just a few hours. The cups are too big, the wires go clear back to almost behind my armpits, that is not where the wires should be. Those also cause pain on my ribs probably due to the bands being too small. I will need to order those extenders and then the cups will not fit and will be loose. Tighter band bigger cups, does not equal good fit! Bottom line, I drug my poor husband clear down there on a Saturday, we live an hour away, spent over an hour, mostly waiting in the dressing hoping to come out with new bras in the right size and I left with the same brand and style that I had on when I came in, only in a smaller band, bigger cups and wider straps that now show even more than my old ones did.

Let me begin by saying that i truly do love the bras that I have purchased here. Im very heavy chested and the bras I have, have great support. BUT, yesterday(August 12th, 2016) I went into the Maddox Shop at about 5:30.(They close at 6) I knew exactly what I wanted, so I had not planned on being in there long. The employees seemed ANNOYED that I was there at 5:30..I think they thought I was going to be in there for a while. They were basically RUSHING myself and my mother out of there! One girl didnt even GREET us she was just like "what are you needing"..like you could just tell that they were ready to go home and were tired of helping customers. Like GIRL! That is what you get paid to do tf? So i say this to say, every customer should be treated kindly whether they come in when yall first open or when yall are about to close. Yall need to find some good customer service employees cause that was very unprofessional. Honestly i do love the bras but I dont think i want to spend my money at a place that the workers seem IRRITATED BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE COMING TO SHOP! Like do yall not want business? Maybe some of the ladies that were there yesterday should change careers if CS is something that annoys you. Shameful. I wont be back.

After years and years of searching and "making do" with undergarments from department stores with sales people who didnt know how to fit bras and also online sites which give you instructions( which you can do yourself!) i went to the Maddox Shop. If you have never been- GO! They have a professional and caring staff to help you find the right fit and spend as much time as you need to find the right fit and styles. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory and as I was there i noticed many women were long time customers! that is always encouraging. They will even alter the undergarment to ensure a perfect fit, as lets face it,the majority of us are not bra models! I now have several brands of comfortable bras and note this--- the prices are just as competitive as the big stores, or chain boutiques and in some cases even a bit less. Dont hesitate but go to this store and get fitted and enjoy how you look in your clothes again - no matter what your size and shape!

I took my 14 y/o daughter to Maddox; she needed a CUSTOM made bra - she has a 30" ribcage and a 42: bust. After promises that they could make her one that FIT, we made the 3 hour trip, only to find a teen age salesperson and a lady who tried to take tucks in BIG banded bras with cups that did not fit, ending up with a sadly misshapen bra that squashed the bust into a too small cup, causing skin on skin contact - which would have caused chafing and infection! It did NOT fit! They said she will get used to it! Ha, Ha! They made us pay for it, so we now have about $1,000 in brand new bras that she has never worn because they do NOT fit! What a rip off! They are NOT "Custom Bra Makers" as they claimed to be. I wish I could find a TRUE "Custom Bra Maker"!! Susan in Texas

Amazing bra shop for those people who are a tough fit and they can customize your bra to you right there while you wait typically only takes 5-10 mins. It is the first time in my life I have ever had a bra that fits properly. (Please note they will not customize bras bought from other locations) Keep in mind they get very very busy and there is no one to great you at the door when you go in grab a number. In a few mins a one of the ladies will take you back and measure you and get you a bra that actually fits. Its not victory secret type shop where you browse the isles and go try on 15 bras. (If you want you can do that, but be prepared when they tell you youve grabbed the wrong size. Amazing store! I will buy all my bras there in the future!

This place is incredible! I went to their store over this weekend. I had not been in their store for 15 years and they still had records of my last visit! I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I had to be fitted again obviously, but wow, what a difference it makes when you have a correct fitting bra. I am a full figured woman and have a big chest. The staff were just wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful. My mother and my sister were with me. My sister was fitted also. We both got two new wonderful bras each! We drove 65 miles one way to this store and believe me when I say it was worth every mile!!!! I could not be happier and I am one happy customer for life.
