Went to the 900 N store. I thought the experience would be professional, that I would feel like the sales associates knew something I didnt and that Id walk out with bras that solved my bra fit needs. I was kind of right and kind of wrong. The store doesnt feel or look high end -- in fact it feels a little messy and dirty. A couple of the sales associates could have taken a cue from the stores own philosophy and worn a better fitting bra. Beyond that, I did learn a couple of things about my own bra size needs -- I wish I had taken that information and gone somewhere else to purchase. I walked out with 2 bras and a camisole. All fit nicely around the girls and across my back. I do like the way they look with clothes. The biggest disappointment is that no matter how much I adjust the straps, all 3 fall down. One of the bras I purchased cost $250! I dont spend that on winter coats... I can see a $30 bras straps slipping off my shoulders, but to be reaching into my clothes several times a day to pull up the straps of a $250 bra is ridiculous. I will never return.

Amazing experience! I was looking for a bra at VS and was told by the associate that I was an F and she wrote down the size and address for Rigby and Peller and told me to go there as thats where she gets her bras. Such a great store! I had no idea that there were so many bras (not online!) that were in my size that were actually pretty and sexy! No physical measuring was done, the fantastic lady looked at me in my bra and she was dead on with the size. 32 F (or G in some styles) is my size as its London sizes. She helped me try on a variety of beautiful bras and when she got more I had a nice black silk robe to put on. Yes some of the bras are quite pricey, but AMAZING quality. I was looking for a sexy (and somewhat supportive) push up bra and she put me in styles I, at my chest size, wouldnt dream of ever trying on, but they actually were supportive and looked good! Ended up purchasing one and I am wearing it right now and it is so comfortable so far! Definitely recommend to all my larger chested ladies out there. They do it right!

If I could rate this place BEYOND EXCELLENT for customer service, I would. As any woman with sizable tatas knows, bra shopping can be real torture. But not here. NEVER here. A shopping consultation here is a cross between a visit to the spa and a trip to Grandmas house. The consultants here know what they are doing, and they are there for anything you need. They are ready for whatever problem you throw at them. They spend as much time as necessary making sure your "girls" are happy and your bra is pretty, comfy AND the right fit. Any woman who hates bra shopping should visit Intimacy. It will blow your mind. Seriously. Let these "bra whisperers" work their magic.

Estelle was my salesperson and she was awesome. What I wanted were some bras that made me look good in the clothes I wear. And that was what I got. They make me look sculpted and more youthful. Im over 50 and the maidenform bras I was wearing made me look dumpy and matronly. I threw the one I had in the trash when I got my new ones and am very pleased with my purchase of 5 bras. Yes, they were more expensive than I had spent before. But you get what you pay for. I only buy bras maybe once every 2 years. These were worth it. I went with 3 lady friends and we all had a great time!

Im so disappointed right now. I went in to get measured and fitted for a bra to wear under my wedding dress and was so optimistic about what the experience would be like. My salesperson was Evanny and she basically left me hanging. She gave me no options, didnt measure me, left me in the dressing room by myself while I heard her in the next dressing room tending to her customers every need. She gave me a bustier with an F cup...Im nowhere near an F cup and it was clearly not fitting well. I left and will never go back. So disappointed.

A proper fitting bra does wonders, and the ladies at Intimacy do it well! Their merchandise is top of the line and comes with a hefty price tag (many bras are upwards of $75-100). You are able to make an appointment with a bra fit specialist on their website or by calling in advance, which I recommend doing if you are coming on the weekend or looking for something to go with a particular outfit. They know their products well, just dont be alarmed if you size changes dramatically as many of us are wearing the wrong size bras!

This was my first experience having a bra fitting and I am 59 years old. Caroline Reuschel was not only professional, but very knowledgeable about the products. She kept my budget in mind and I felt beautiful when I walked out, truly like a new, improved me! My husband immediately noticed (and loved) my new look and I now walk around with confidence. I highly recommend for all women, I wish I had done this many years ago.

Rochelle changed my life! Who knew that i had been wearing the incorrect size bra my entire life. They quality of the service is not to be compared and the bras last for a very long time. No matter what size your ladies are, definitely pay a visit to this Chicago business. Went to Oak Brook location. Clerk was rude from the minute I walked in. She was also completely uneducated about differences in UK to US sizing. Insisted cup sizing is the same. It most definitely is not. Showed me a small drawer full of beige, black and white bras in out-dated styles. Would not recommend this store at all for large cup women. Save yourself the hassle and $$$...shop online.

Clerks were rude at 900 n. Michigan. There were 2. 1 of them stated that bra fittings for walk-ins stopped right on the dot as I walked in. Even though there were no other customers in the store except me and a friend, and only I wanted a fitting, she insisted it was too late to start a fitting.

They sell the best brands of bras for women with bigger chests. Freya is my favorite everyday, but I have multiple amazing sports bras from other brands they carry! They also ship me everything to my house in Northern Michigan usually the day I call! Love their customer service!

This place was amazing! Went to Victoria Secret & wasted 3 hours to find one okay fitting bra. Went here and found several excellent fitting bras, body shapers & swimsuits in 10 minutes! To make matters better, the customer service was wonderful!

Excellent store for women with large cup sizes. It is a delight to walk in, get a fitting or just buy something in a size that you would otherwise have to order. Gorgeous bras too!!
