I used to shop and sell my clothes at Buffalo for many years. Today was bad very bad. I brought in three bags of clothing and three pairs of shoes. One of the pair being Brand new, only worn once Timberland boots, theyre black with white trim. When I first walked in they were "kind of" polite. Buffalo was never like that before. Well I walked around and came back. She said "okay well you got 32 credit in store or 19 dollars in cash" I said okay cool what items did you accept? I wanted to know. Its my items that Im selling. She didnt want to let me know what she had accepted at first. I had to ask her TWICE what items she accepted. She accepted a tshirt, a tshirt. Seriously. Most of my items I brought in were brand new with or without tags. I said what about the shoes. She said oh we got the boots. She acted like she didnt want to tell me they accepted the boots. Sooooo you want me to accept 19 dollars in cash for my 195 Timberland boots that have no damage to them. She had already added them to the bin. I said no thanks, I want my boots back. She asked me oh you want the boots back, I said yes I do. Then she said, oh you want the tshirt.. uh yeah.. I want everything. I dont need the money. I need to get rid of my clothes!! So basically they were not going to tell me what they took just heres your money okay bye... no maam. Terrible customer service. I dont know what is wrong with these stores now days but Im done. Ill continue to sell my items online and eBay!!! Buffalo Exchange should be called Bull exchange because theyre full of bull-ish!!! Tootles. If I could -2 rating I would...

To everyone who wants to sell your items to this place, dont go in, this place is nothing but a bunch of crooks & thieves waiting to steal from the already cheap price they are paying you for. I had a customer b4 me & the buyer gave him a price offer as she was taking them in. By doing good this it gives a customer a chance accept the offer price or decline. When it was my turn my buyer never gave me a audible price offer per item as she took my items in, when I asked the what I was getting per item, the buyer & manager started to have a negative attitude that was very unprofessional, this buyer took in at 20 items from me & never askedme if I would agree or not, next thing I know it the buyer told me that I was approaching my $100 cash accept limit. The buyer also told me that I can gave all my item back all the while she kept digging in my bag and still kept on adding more item because she knew she was screwing me over. What this buyer & manager was doing is was predatory if you and your manager is reading this, I encourage you both to go back to school and learn how to be honest with youur, especially the manager. What you did to me & the way you yours. If you are the manager got back to or better. I feel sorry for both you guys that you have to stoop to listen lever to, str8 trash, to the manager with, manager if you need extra money come to my house & I have so m etching you can suck on b to get paid

The store clerks were definitely profiling everyone that walked in from the moment you park your car (if you park in front). I drove in and parked right at the front since it was more convenient for me to unload what i need to sell. Needless to say, they were super nice when I walked in but their attitude changed the minute i putted my clothes up to sell. Most of the clothes i brought in were never worn before with tags still on them (either got it as a gift and tucked it in the closet or bought it and never worn it) and they all looked brand new. Some of the men-dress shirts i brought in are still in its original packaging. The buyer that were going through my clothes gave me a nasty look as she went through the bag and only took about 5-6 pieces of the clothings giving me less than $20. AFTERWARD, as I was leaving, i heard them say some super rude racial comments about me (i was the only person in that store in that ethnicity) Ill rather donate all my clothes to Goodwill then to ever come here again.

This place is grungy all the way around from the inside, employees, and even items they offer. I cleaned out a storage recently and I dont do goodwill anymore so someone suggested this place so I went in with 2 huge bags full of very cute and trendy brand new and gently used items and because I went straight there from the storage I also had some things mixed in that I planned on just throwing away. I wouldnt even insult anyone by trying to give it away to them, but you go in and there is no order to the line you kinda just have to get in where you fit in and keep track of who came in after you. Anyway she went through both bags and she picked out ALL the trash. Maybe like 5 items and 1 pair of really worn shoes I wouldnt have given this stuff to someone homeless it was that bad. This stuff was faded, worn, torn, and had holes and she gave me $80 for it so whatever lol Ill take the nice stuff somewhere else

NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE,,IN THE 80s....I stopped in for tank tops. I tried on some jeans. Everyone who buys knock off 7 jeans seems to bring them to the Buffalo new with tags. Doesnt anyone wonder why you wouldnt return them at $100+? No, you are going to sell them at the Buffalo for $20. Meanwhile, they are always in the wrong sizes and never fit and probably sit there forever. The Tank tops were JUNKY. The whole selection of used up, stretched out, nothing-interesting-tank tops. I can find nicer clothes at better prices a few blocks down on Westheimer at the Goodwill. I dont think the buyers here are doing a very good job, and Im being generous with that statement. Meanwhile, the stop today was a waste of time. I wont be back.

I come here to browse every once in awhile. It tends to be a hit or miss, but I usually will find something I like. This store is smaller than the Westheimer store, but I think the selection here is better. Less people probably come here because of the more obscure location, so the clothing isnt as picked over. There are usually plenty of designer duds that are just a season or two old here. The girls that work here are really sweet too. Im kind of hesitant about writing this review because I dont want everyone flocking here and snagging the stuff I want to buy! But the better business is for this location, the longer itll stick around for all of us to enjoy, right?

I love this store and it has such a variety of things, and the staff has always been very nice. The only problem would be the parking. We have been parking in the same parking lot across the street every time that we have come to this store, but this last time we were in the store for half an hour and our car was towed. We were not the only people that this has happened to. People who parked in the empty lot behind the store even got towed and it only seemed to be happening to the people with nicer cars or women with children. So if you want a good deal this is a great store to come to, if you can afford the 200 dollar towing fee.
