This place is absolutely ridiculous a girl she looks asian with a double chin is absolutely rude. So i tried to ask for a price charge for an old camera then she said the manager is not there but i have just talked to her. Then she was behind the counter and i asked her again to show me the item and her response was she acting like a guard in front of me trying to see if i was going to tamper with the item but i couldnt open the battery compartment. Then i waited about 15 minutes for her to finish with her SLOW ASS. AND HER RUDE RESPONSE WAS ARE YOU GONNA TAKE IT! So i told her why i was going to take something that is broken for 30 bucks NO THANKS!!

I jus left maybe 5 min ago....There was a line n two cashiers...The older lady asked the younger looking one for change cuz she was low n couldnt proceed taking care of us the other refused to give her change...older lady politely asked her y she treating that way...The other said she should have own change n she should call someone to bring her some...All she wanted was change... I saw older lady call someone of higher authority (Im assuming) n explain... Lady was sweet she jus wanted to get us out.... its hard to find ppl who want to work n help others n when u find them others want to give u grief...

Great store for clothing: well-organized and well-stocked. They dont have much in the way of housewares but I did find a few things (but then I have odd taste!). My best finds were three Ralph Lauren button-up, long-sleeve shirts for my nephew...sizes 2T and 3T. They had originally been $5 each, which is pretty reasonable anyway; but they had been marked down to $2.75 each! Thats remarkable. And they were in perfect condition. Its also clean and brightly lit. No complaints.

Found very high quality skirts, a dress, and two band shirts all under $20 dollars. Its one of my favorite parts of houston due to the almost overwhelming Latino American population, and the staff and customers certainly reflected it. Even on your way in there is a vendor selling tradition Latino American foods from his cart. The place is wonderful.

This place is ridiculous. If you want to buy something that doesnt have a price on it, they wont sell it... even thought theres a lady who walks around with a damn red chalk thing in her freaking pocket! Then apparently theres NEVER a manager at the store.

I dont usually post reviews but i feel like THIS family thrift store certainly deserves a good review:) first of all, the customer service is excellent. What blew my mind away was how CLEAN and ORGANIZED this place was. Its amazing! Great work guys!

Love shopping at thrifts!! And this chain of thrift stores is my favorite. The only complaint is you can have both aggressive employees and customers. My worst experience was a freak whom looked up my skirt as well other womens.

I agree with cleaningless but the management you need to replace you got an older lady behind the counter mean and rude cant even ask question .and the looks kill no smiles unfriendly environment

Love it! Great finds if youre looking for clothes. Everything is color coordinated and separated in sections. A lot of in style pieces! Prices are reasonable. The dressing rooms could be better..

Good selection of home goods, good prices, and well organized. Be prepared to wait in line, they move slow and can be long. Also theres almost never any staff on the floor to help the customer.

The best quality clothing. Prices often dont reflect the brand however. I shop during the week, gather my discount and then go back on Sundays for the items I missed.

This location is the biggest of the chain. The clothes are meticulously separated and well organized. The staff are proficient.
