So, I was looking for a place to get some craft beer while staying in Grapevine, TX at the Gaylord Texan Resort. I ran across reviews for Grapevine Beer and Wine. They all praised Rick, and they were right. This place is the best little beer store in Texas. Its small and unassuming, but once inside you realize theyve got a huge selection. Really, huge! Ive loved Tilburgs Dutch Brown Ale for several years, but I cant get it at home. I knew it was imported by a Texas firm. I asked Rick if he had it. He knew the beer, and had it before. He asked how long I was in town, and gladly got me a couple of 4 packs in just 2 days. Ive enjoyed one tonight cold when I picked it up, and one warm to take home in the morning. Rick knows beer, and he was generous with his suggestions. My only problem--not enough time to drink all the beers I wanted to try, and not enough room in the luggage to take more home. Its close to DFW, and worth the drive from anywhere in the Dallas- Fort Worth area. BTW--there was still a cold one in the cooler that I didnt have room to take with me. Hurry!

We paid for a Shiner keg and ended up with Bud Light. When we called to see if we could switch it out or at least get the price difference back they just told us that it was our fault for walking out with the wrong keg. We didnt even get so much as a fake apology or anything. Terrible customer service and not worth the convenience. Id rather drive to Halls Liquor on Glade Rd.

I love this place. They have a great selection of craft beers as well as all of the the typical stock. If they dont have what youre looking for, just ask and they can probably get it for you. They get specialty beers in all the time, so I stop in frequently to see what new ones they have. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Great selection of local and craft brews at reasonable prices. Others have reported a lack of service. That has not been my experience and I purchase there several times per month. The staff has always been friendly and eager to help.

Very good selection of craft beer. Check the dates before you buy though... Also, if theres something you dont see that you want, ask. Sometimes there are rare beauties behind the counter.

They have a pretty decent selection, but there is no customer service. Know that if you buy something and its bad (ie: dry brittle cork, sour wine) youve got what youve got. No exchanges.

They have a good stock of specialty beers. Usually have some specials going on. They used to have beer tasting events and I noticed they were set up for one so they are bringing them back.

Found out that they keep Jester King in stock. Ive been back almost weekly since. Considering the size of the place, they have a good selection of craft and local brews.

Great selection of craft beer. Always something new to try on every visit. Very friendly & helpful staff. Prices can be a bit high though.
