yet again I go in an one person tells me one thing and I get to the register and someone says oh sorry, you were told wrong this does not apply. I have tried 3 times in the past 9 months. all 3 times my full size cart was full. All 3 times I came on a mon or a tues not the day the fancy people shop and all 3 times I left the store with a horrid customer experience and hundreds of $ in the cart.. just not worth the effort. unless you shop on a fri sat or sun. this last time I asked for the manager and I was told she was not there .. I asked again he said he tried. she was there just fine guy did not even try//// hundreds later specs got close enough to make me not spend $500 at this store

I love this place! They have Wine and beer tasting. Also wine tastings for a fee. $25 per person which is not bad. Havent been to one yet but will hopefully soon. If you dont want to do that tho go on a Saturday and they always are willing to give you a sample sip of their wines. Not sure if they do liquor but would be awesome! My husband loves it because it has ALL kinds of beer and liquor he can find. Even has a humidor and the biggest refrigerator with cold beer you can find. At the front of the checkout by customer service there is a chiller where in 7 minutes you can make a wine bottle ice cold. Very friendly staff and someone is always willing to point you to the right direction.

Horrible customer service experience. 5 minutes before the were about to close I am at the register purchasing liquor when my 8 month pregnant wife is carded along with me. Her wallet is in the car the lines are long and doors are about to lock. They want her to walk out all the way out to the car for an ID. While there was just a woman that was in line with her 16 year old kid who they never questioned. As a customer with someone that has a hard enough time walking around I felt as we were treated as peasants while the cashier disregarded us.

They have a great selection of wine but the sales people are a bit annoying coming to ask you if you need help every 30 seconds. Also they tend to push certain wines on you. One sales associate got a little defensive and took it personal when the Vivino app had a lower rating on the wine than his recommendation. The cashier overcharged for an extra bottle of wine and thankful I notice the count on the computer before paying. They should be more careful. Other than the extremely attentive sales people, good place to buy wine.

This is a review based solely on customer service. I use to be a frequent shopper but I think I will be shopping at either other locations or go to Specs or Goody Goodys. Most of the people there are helpful but a handful of them ruin it for everyone. I have had too many bad experiences so I will stay away from this place. Great inventory just bad customer service. This use to be my favorite place and was planning on using them for my upcoming wedding but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive always enjoyed this particular location of Total Wine due to its convenient access. As always with Total Wine, the classes are very informative for all you budding sommeliers and connoisseurs. The staff is very helpful and well informed and have no trouble helping you with a great product choice for the night if you find yourself stumped. Neat, tidy, and well organized. I have no complaints at this time

They shelved some product wrong. Instead of honoring the price and doing right by the customer, they decided to blame their vendors. You contact corporate but they arent given any authority to make it right, just make excuses for the vendors. In the end I wont give any more business to a company that doesnt put their customer first and work corrective action for their mistakes internally.

This is very nice buy wine store that carries the largest selection of wine in the immediate area. They also sell cheese, cracks and snacks. While they do have a good variety, they tend to run out of the popular stuff quickly. There are larger places to buy wine in the metroplex, but not in this particular city. If yore looking for a broad selection in Arlington, this is the place to go.

VERY competitive pricing and a very helpful, caring professional staff to help you should you need it. Dont see what you were looking for, ask and you will get the assistance you need.

I love the mega selection of wine and spirits. They even carry Ginger Wine, which is hard to find anywhere. The prices are reasonable. The staff are very helpful and professional. I enjoy sampling the product. Free is always good. The meeting room is great to use for small gatherings and tastings. I really enjoy shopping at Total Wine and More.

The selection of spirits that Total Wine and more has is more varied than any other liquor store Ive been to. They have everything, and its usually cheaper than most other places as well. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable as well, in case youre on the hunt for something youve had but cant quite place.

Huge variety of wines, knowledgeable staff, interesting wine tasting event. Excellent room with a variety of wines and snacks for a very low price for the wine tasting event. Like that the wines presented ranged in prices from not very expensive to expensive. Thanks. Will attend another event here.

Unrivaled selection of wine/beer/hard liquor/mixers/etc - most of which have the lowest prices in town...by far. It pains me when I have to pick up wine/beverages from my local grocery store - when I know I couldve gotten it from Total Wine for a lot less $$$. Strongly recommend this place!

great selection and prices on dang near everything in the store. would be a 5 star review if they had a larger cold storage area for their beer, but alas, most of it sits warm on the shelf. while it is a bit out of my way to get to, it is worth the effort. definitely recommended

Incredible selection and prices. Seems that knowledgeable, helpful staff is declining. When first opened had no issues getting advice and recipes from the sales staff recently I was directed by the staff to use Google to answer my questions. Well I can but.... nvm.

If you are looking for an alcoholic beverage or anything to make ANY mixed drink or ANY wine, this is the place to go. I came to this store to find a really hard to find liqueur for my sister. I was pretty amazed at the wine selection and the liquor selection!
