Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I am a new sprint customer and when I went to pay my first months bill today I left the store in angry tears WITHOUT even paying! Yes its a Sunday and I understand its busy, as I work in customer service myself. But at my store when we have a line of people we greet each one and advise them it will be a few minutes. Lord help me, there wasnt even a line in this dang store! Just a bunch of people standing around with no clue who would help them. I saw a few salespeople scattered about at computers so I took my chances and picked one to wait behind. After 15 minutes the guy in front of me joked that he wasnt sure this was the line but he sure hoped so. 15 more minutes go by and one girl finally finished with her customer, made sure to check her phone and send a few texts or tweets or who knows what, then pulls out a tablet and starts calling someones name because I guess theyre the next in line? Then a guy, well call him worst manager ever, came out and started pointing at people all over the store who were supposedly in line before me, even though one of them came in right after me because my husband held the door for her. I asked him is there a sign up list, because no one had given me any guidance on how to wait for help at this store and I only want to pay my bill. He showed me a machine to pay, but it didnt give change. My bill is 77 dollars and I only have a 100 dollar bill. He rolls his eyes and tells me Ill have to go next door and get change, and then turned his head right back to the employee he was chatting with. I left and will never go back, not that theyd want me to because God Forbid they have to possibly smile or explain the intricate waiting process. If someone had told me "hey thanks for coming, well be with you in a second." Or "hi please sign up to be helped" I would have happily waited for help. Even if I waited and the employee kindly told me "I apologize but we dont have change" and I had to go and come back, that would have been fine. Thats the point of good customer service, you dont mind a little trouble if the employees treat you with kindness and respect, or at least vague awareness! I put the money in bank and paid over the phone with a very kind representative named Olivia. When I shared my experience with her she apologized and said they get a lot of complaints about bad customer service from all the sprint stores. Save yourself a stroke and stay away from this store!!!

This place is the hell that time forgot. Need to ask a question? Well, give them your name and 45 minutes later maybe theyll have time for you. My phone hangs up when I talk outside, take it to service and they tell you its the towers. Talk to customer service they tell you its the phone. Want to get out...well the blasted phone sux after 11 months and you have to re-up for another 2 years. This is purgatory on a hole new scale. Of course, whos better? The plans are confusing so you never really know what youre paying for. The Plans price that Ive been on forever creeps up about $10-12 per year. I dont know what the answer is. Just know that if you think youll just "pop" in and be on your way, let me tell you it doesnt work that way.

Paul, the store manager, has been more than helpful in answering my questions and resolving any issues that arose from us working with a former employee there. Coming in on vacation days, pushing corporate to get us an answer..now thats customer service!

I have been here twice and every time they ultimately tell me that they cannot help me. Worse customer service from Sprint EVER. Just call Corporate and they will help you over the phone.

Terrible experience. Inquired about a sim card for a phone and was insulted saying I should just buy a new phone as two employees actually laughed. I was speechless.
