I have not had cell service in 8 days. Went to this location, was told A cell tower was under repair. Asked last week if I could break my contract and change providers without penalty, and was told no, I would have to pay a large fee. I explained the phone was my primary means of communication at home and my family CANNOT EVEN DIAL 911 for an emergency. The staff in the store gave me instructions to reset network settings under the settings menu and my phone would connect to a new tower. I Did so as instructed at home and no change. If I have been without cell service and emergency dialing for this long, WHY CAN I NOT NULLIFY MY CONTRACT? It is my understanding that the entire town we are in is having the same problem. This company and its employees could be held responsible in the circumstance that I MAY NOT REACH EMERGENCY SERVICES per their failure to comply with the contract of service between us. Is there a class action suit already for our town or do I need to initiate one? That is the only language these companies seem to speak.

Recently upgraded to 45mbs Internet speed. Actual speeds encountered range from 14kbs up to 50mbs with hardwired devices. YES, 14kbs... (28 hours to download xbox game. Should have taken no more than 3 hours if you do the math using minimum 24mbs performance number. ) At&t states minimum download speed should be no less than 24mbs with 45mbs service plan. My speeds very between 14mbs and 45mbs. Works one minute then drops to 14mbs speeds 5 minutes later. Tech support is incompetent and dishonest as to what they are really doing to help you. One tech reverses configuration changes previous tech made saying their changes were incorrect, was told they would escalate to their network group due to intermittent issues. Was told not to change default password so their network group could access my equipment, & to call back in 2 weeks if i still had the problem. I called back one week later and learned support ticket was actually closed same day i called. Even had 1 tech disable my high speed wifi. Incompetent and dishonest tech support.

STAY AWAY!!! My daughter went into the store lto upgrade her phone and the manager ended up stealing $100 cash from her and signing her up for a plan that she did not request or need. When I got the bill he tried to charge her $749 for a $200 upgrade. The manager marked up the iphone to $749 and applied her $200 upgrade fee to reduce the cost to $549 that appeared on my bill, that was to be paid off over 24 months at $21 per month. What a POS! I called customer care and they saw in the system what she requested and verified that the manger had done some shady stuff and that in fact there was $100 that they could not find and admitted that the store had stolen it from her. ATT corporate did the right thing and instantly credited my account for $350 and refunded the first installment that I paid and half of the $100 that was "lost" at the store/. Just stay AWAY from this location, id bet $1000 that this wasnt the first time this has happened and wont be the last. One star is being generous

Recently moved to the area; each time my husband and I have visited this location weve taken our dog. Been welcomed by multiple staff members and attended to in a timely manner. This occasion was entirely different. Upon our entrance the hispanic female greeter with glasses did not bother to acknowledge us as customers or with a hello before stating that dogs were not allowed. We were taken aback and explained that this was not our first visit and neither of our previous visits have we been told differently. We spoke to the manager via phone since we were obviously not welcomed inside. Policy has recently changed which is understandable and we appreciated the explanation. However the particular representative we approached had a complete disregard for customer service. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location despite its convenience. We had our phones activated in Round Rock (dog friendly so far) and will continue to take our business there.

I bought an IPhone from this store took it home, realized it didnt work properly. Took the phone back and they told me I couldnt return it because I paid with a debit card and I would have to take it across town to the Apple Store. I called the Apple Store and their people told me that what the store told me was bogus but to come by anyways. Then I called the ATT customer service and even they told me that the employee lied to me about the debit card thing. But still after all that no one was able to help me or offered to do anything to make up for that fact that they sold me a broken product. Update: Went back to the store to speak with the manager and they had a phone ready to go for me. They did apologize which I appreciate but I feel like I had to do a lot of complaining to get what was rightfully mine. At least they eventually made it right.

I drove 45 minutes to get to this att beam cause they are closest to me that had a sim card . I have a account and my husband.. they refused to give me a card for his after I sat there 30 mins for my husband to add me to his account.. then I told them give me a Sim card for my phone Im a account holder.. no didnt get one.. I told them Id buy one still did not relieve one . I have been a customer for 10 yrs as well as my husband.. I wasted time gas and effort.. I would recommend you go to the rr location or just dont use the service period.. I feel disrespected and treated like I was the scum on the floor. I own my own business as does my husband and I would never in this life time treat a customer , on going customer or future customers this way.. seems like I am not the only one with issues with this snotty nose att store.. so disappointed

I called the Georgetown, Texas store to check on my account and they refused to give me any information unless I am standing in front of them. So, let me get this straight. I pay over $400.00 a month for AT&T services on several phones, I can give you any information you want to very I am who I say I am, I can call 611 all day long and get information but chose to do business with my local store thinking Id get better service. Then, when I call, you tell me you want me to drive over there, wait in line, and give you my drivers license before I am...allowed...to speak to a representative. All to ask a question that requires you to say yes or no? I dont think so.... Hello Verizon, Ill be there soon.

They are horrible. They sell crappy phones. We bought a phone it broke due to internal damage and told us we had to pay 199.00 insurance to have it fixed after paying 400.00 for it just 2 weeks ago!!!!! We have 5 phones on an one account and they refuse to replace the phone!!! The manager refuses to show any accountability for her product. AT&T absolutely has terrible service, products, contracts. I will continue to make sure everyone knows what a wireless company this is.
