Amazing customer service! I rolled in on a road trip right around 9pm, with a sizeable gash in a brand-new tire. I had already filled it with Fix-A-Flat just to make it to Auto Zone, but my end-goal was getting to Alabama, so I needed something more. I asked for a plugging kit for the tire and a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didnt catch (grey curly hair, very friendly) immediately helped me pick a kit in the lower price range that came with all the tools, several plugs and tire cement. He asked if I had used such a kit before and I told him no but I had seen it done and could probably figure it out. I asked him if I took off the tire and brought it in the store if they could help me fix it and instead he had me move my vehicle to the brightest part of the parking lot, isolated the leak, and fixed it right there, while walking me through the process so I could learn. I am so thankful that Auto Zone is open late and always ready to assist in such a manner. They saved me hours of waiting for a store to open and possibly a new, ruined tire from sitting on a rim all night. Thank you very much!

This location is AWESOME and so helpful! My battery died twice in a row, and when I was finally able to get a charge long enough to make it to this autozone, I was freaking out that I was going to need a new battery even though I had just purchased one from Walmart last year. The guys working here were so great. As soon as they saw my battery, they told me that if it is dead, then I should go to Walmart to get a free replacement because I should be covered there for two years from the date of purchase. I know little to nothing about batteries/cars, and I really appreciate them not taking advantage of me and telling me to buy a battery there. They tested my battery and determined that nothing was wrong with it, and then they were able to identify that it was the corrosion on my battery that was causing the problem. They cleaned it off and put sealant on it FOR FREE! It is all fixed and cost me nothing! Excellent customer service, very honest, definitely will go back here if I ever need any other parts for my car! Thanks so much!

Great customer service! I came in for a part late at night and the employee carried it out to the car and began installing it. No other places are that helpful. I will definitely come back again.

By far the best parts store in Georgetown. They have the fastest service and are willing to help you unlike the others in town. Also I have always found them to be very friendly and knowledgeable.
