Great selection. Good prices. Staff was very attentive by occasionally asking if we needed help or if we had found what we were looking for. Only a 3 because when we went to check out there were 2 ladies in line & 1 woman filling out a job application with the only cashier. The cashier was talking about where the woman currently works. Asking about eyelashes & lash extensions. This went on for almost 10 minutes before the cashier looked at the growing line & said "Ill be with yall in just a minute". The 2 ladies ahead of us both grumbled about hearing that before. The cashier then called for assistance on the register in music but we never saw anyone come help. The cashier was friendly with the ladies & us but it was too little too late. Why would you hold up the line for close to 15 minutes to chat & have an application filled out? Move them to the side & help customers so they can go on with the day. I know there are very few actual book stores left but you still need to put customers first.

I sure wish Borders Books was still in business. They had great prices and a FREE membership which was actually useful and could get you free merchandise. They were friendly and helpful and had self service kiosks to find books. B&N prices are rediculous and you have to buy a membership to save money which they always badger you to buy. Employees are not helpful. There are no self service computers to find what youre looking for. I only go to B&N when I have a giftcard.

Went here to soak up some atmosphere in the cafe. Brought my laptop to do some writing but the battery is on the fritz. Did I find an outlet in the cafe? 1 outlet for a cafe with a 52 person capacity. Guess I could bring an extension cord and run it across the cafe. All in all probably wont be back. Books arent bad selection but cafe could use a remodel to add outlets.

Wasted my time and my money. I literally waited 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they couldnt make me my drink at the Starbucks Cafe. I asked for a refund and wanted it back on my card but could only get it in store credit or cash. Doesnt even deserve one star, if I could give it 0, I would.

We love this Barnes! It has a great childrens area with a train table which our toddler loves, the coffee is good and the employees are helpful. We have also found many great deals on their clearance bins! My only complaint is that their board game section could be bigger!

Its a really neat place to go and see all the books they have they have about anything you can think off and toys and other things too there is also a starbucks inside so you can have a coffee while you read your books and the staff is really helpful and friendly

Staff was very friendly and helpful in both the store and cafe. However, the cafe could use a remodel. Barely any outlets, and felt too dark even for a cafe. Staff kept cool even despite some less-than friendly customers.

If I ever needed a book, they had it. Also, its a great place to listen to new music and see the new arrivals of books. Also, theres Starbucks. It has everything!
