I have been using this place on and off since I was a kid. My mother would always go there for her jewelry. It just sucked to know that when i recently needed them, they fell short of my expectations. I needed a crystal replaced on my watch so i took it to them. long story short... i wear it every where, including the shower. I called to inform them of what had happened. It was just very discomforting to know that they really didnt care. "Yes maam, i have this and this and this going on", all I got in response was...."what do you want me to tell you, bring it in". Really wasnt was i was expecting.

Simply that youre not paying all that markup for location and fancy local and schmooze staff! Its always a big decision when it comes to fine jewelry and I want to work with people I can trust! After going to several other high end jewelers in the Fort Worth area to have a stone mounted, and all of them telling me that the stone wouldnt fit, or it was too risky of a mount... Rios had no problem! I couldnt believe the price at 25 dollars. Some of the others were quoting 300 to 400, but wouldnt even do the work.... Ill be back thats for sure!

Nick did a stunning job making my engagement ring. It was an original design my fiance and I brought in to him and he just perfected it! It took him a few months longer than expected, but I completely appreciate that he took his time. Very kind man and an absolute artist.

I know these people for very long time they will fix your jewelry cheaper and better than anyone else and do it in house. they will sell you a diamonds cheaper and better than anyone else this people are down to earth good people
