The prices and selections were competitive, but the thing that makes for a good experience is customer service. This place has an arrogant gruff employee, seemed like a manager the way he was barking orders at an employee in front of customers, who was horrid with customer service. They make me pay them nearly $200 deposit for the set ups for two kegs. We chose two different beers to allow guests to have a choice of a regular beer and a light beer. The event was a wedding reception kind of far from the shop. One of the setups (the tap) did not work. We could only dispense one kind of beer until that keg was empty. It was horrible. I asked for some money back on what I paid for the two kegs for the problem. The manager said I should have called him. I was polite in the beginning and said I could not as I was involved in the event and it would not have helped to call him at that point anyway. He tried to give me a $30 bottle of booze, but I dont drink much myself, the beer was for the event, so I said thank you but I dont want the booze, I would like it back in money. He said "we dont give away money". I told him he is not "giving away" money, but compensating for service I paid for that was not properly given. He refused to compensate for the bad experience and bad equipment, therefore providing bad customer service. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere because these people do not stand behind their business.

If it were possible to give less than one star ... say negative stars ... a black hole in the universe that could suck them into it we would. Getting ready for a party we made a stop to stock up ... $160 later we had purchased liquor and wine. The party went fabulously ... the wine not so much. It was a wine that we were familiar with and lets face it, sometimes it just goes bad. After our weekend of merriment, we were left with three bottles of Cambria that were not fit to drink. Hey ... it happens, corky, something gone afoul. We took these three bottles of Cambria back to the store and were summarily told tough sh**. Now, given the same situation at say, Central Market (we know, we asked) they would have been replaced or we would have been given a merchandise credit. May I repeat, Holiday Depot Liquor said TOUGH SH**. We can easily take our $500/month liquor habit elsewhere ... all we can say is buyer beware.

I took a bottle of makers mark to the counter and when they scanned it the price was different by $15 I got the manager we went and looked at it and apparently an employee had stocked the wrong bottle size under a priced section.there is 20 or so bottles labeled $33 but ringing up 49. It wasnt my fault that the bottles were labeled wrong.they shouldve honored their advertised price.furthermore the staff working there are all rude as hell.the manager laughed when I said he should honor his advertised price and the lady behind the counter rolled he eyes like a child.I wont be returning there again.Im suprised theyve been open as long as they have been

This is an old-fashioned liquor store, where "old fashioned" means "Buy your stuff and get out." (Reminds me of the stores I used to frequent when I lived in a rough neighborhood in Chicago.) The selection is impressive. Prices are okay--some items are cheap, others not so much. Service is...well...lets say they appear to tolerate customers. I guess they keep overhead down by not wasting money on things like customer service training. But if youre in the neighborhood and are looking for a place to buy some hooch, you could do worse. Just dont expect to make any friends.

Worst experience buying liquor. There were two ladies at the register, one ringing up and the other one bagging the bottles, the one ringing the order was very sweet. The one bagging the bottles had the most nasty attitude towards my girlfriend and I and was treating the lady ringing up very badly. I cant believe this person works there, Im Not coming back over there. Plus the place is a huge mess and dirty, is not even that cheap. I much rather to pay a couple of extra bucks and receive a good service than going back to this place and have a bad experience.

I was literally just in this place to purchase a bottle of vodka Smirnoff. I asked the owner if he stands by his sign on the outside of the building that says unbeatable. He says no thats a lie. And just dismiss me I told him that I found this at Goody Goody Liquor in Colleyville for $3 cheaper he didnt give a s***. Holiday liquor this is why you only have two or three cars in your parking lot at a time. I will not be back.. Goody Goody Liquor in Colleyville is the place to go people

Very expensive I would have saved $25 if I had gone to beverage depot or Goodies goodies liquor store. The worst part they dont match price and have a sign outside saying"UNBEATABLE".. Wouldnt recommend others unless someones willing to pay more.....

This place is a bit cluttered and not very pretty, but they do have a pretty good selection of spirits and liqueurs for cocktails. The prices are decent, and sometimes they have pretty good deals or stuff on clearance.

Prices are high and the basic "good stuff", as they called it, is all behind a counter with prices you can barely see. So youre screwed if you want to try something new, but didnt know what it was.
