Nice Korean family bought the old store and is running it like they mean it. Basic grill fare and Korean favorites all week, but on Friday Dad (Han) begin s making maki sushi until Sunday evening. A big menu - to go orders and covered outdoor dining now, I think later the dining area will be enclosed for table service. Good prices on everything. No gasoline yet, though.

非常有意思的韓式壽司舖，陳舊的加油站設備與雜貨商店，但是卻提供令人驚喜的加州捲壽司與手握壽司，魚品相當新鮮，米飯少了點醋味但口感極佳！商店側面有提供簡易室內用餐區。

I was at a friends house in Bristol and they told me about the general store that makes good Asian food, so I had to check it out for my self. I have to tell you, they make by far the best sushi in Ellis county. Very friendly, great prices, great service and excellent sushi. I will be going back quite often.
